I'm trying to forward icloud email to gmail. I used the forwarding tool which isn't working.

THe forwarding tool isn't working. I also set up rules and that isn't working. Any ideas of what to try next? People often email me @mac.com -- super old school, I know. Is that the problem? I set up a rule for that too.

sign on to icloud.com with your icloud user name and forward emails from icloud to gmail that way. those rules are tricky. but that is what worked for me.

I figured it out! I changed my email & password at the icloud site, then when I deleted the icloud account on my iphone - it still showed my old email but when i typed in my current password it went through. I was then able to sign back in with my current email and password. That was too easy for the amount of time I have put into this! Glad its finally fixed.

This what I set our 2003 at least a dozen times, nothing what so ever changes, unless I use these entries we can not get a TEST of the account to run through to the end.
However with that we now always get the error 0x800ccc7d every day now for the first few emails.

Outgoing ServerPort Numbers: 465 Your Verizon Online user name

When I try to change the password, apple brings me to a page to reset my apple ID password (which I know and don't want to change). I have even tried to delete my iCloud account completely to start again but am not allowed without the iCloud password (which I don't have) there doesn't seem to be a place to change the email address of iCloud. This is the answer that I had expected, so in this case you could only change your gmail.com address to another providers email addres e.g. outlook.com, yahoo.com, etc., but you won't be able to change the gmail.com address to a icloud.com email address. Apple just won't let you do that.
Your iCloud account with @icloud.com email address and you Apple ID with gmail.com address are already connected and as I said before, Apple just let you merge this two IDs together.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

Yes it will, just sign out, then sign back in with the correct address.
Settings>iCloud>Sign Out.

You can't. Return the phone for a refund, if you can, because without the previous owner's Apple ID/Password, you will not be able to re-activate the phone. It will be useless to you.
Apple can't/won't help you with this.

That's one of the weird things.. it recognizes it maybe 10% of the time. And usually, only after I do the two-button reset. Problem is.. since it won't charge above 2%, anytime I try to do a restore or anything like that using iTunes, my device shuts off and I lose whatever progress I'd made.
So, an update... after reading through a bunch of similar complaints (there are literally 1000's of them so there's NO WAY this isn't somehow ios7 related, thanks a lot APPLE ) I decided to try a restore in recovery mode. After 3 hours and several disconnections... I ended up having to just set it up as a new iPad, as the restore did nothing. Weirdly though... as I was doing the restore in recovery mode.. I noticed I'd gotten up to a 10% charge.. higher than it's been since September, so after setting it up as a new device, I turned it off and plugged it in using the wall charger. 2 hours later and I was up to 38%. Still not great, as my iPad, before ios7 could've fully charged twice in the amount of time it took for me to now get 28% more of a charge. And that's with a fully cleaned out device.. so that really ***** and I'm now more confused than ever.
But I'm gonna leave it overnight charging and see what I come up with tomorrow. Sadly, when I paid $600 for it in February, I never expected to have to play "wait and see" with it...

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

I have Yahoo mail (POP) account. Mine is working fine at present. I do occasionally get asked for password while sending mail. I have had your issue in the past and it usually clears up in a few hours. Sometimes I sign out and then back in and it starts working again.

It sounds like an earlier version of the BlackBerry® Desktop Software installed on your PC may be conflicting with this installation.
I would advise uninstalling both versions of the BlackBerry Desktop Software then reinstalling the latest version.
