I'm trying to get music i purchased is in the past and it is in purchase history..how do i get it back??
My iPhone got locked i had to restore it and everything i had in it got lost. i had backed it up but my computer was having problems so i had to get it fixed. now apparently the iTunes knows my iPhone but it doesn't have anything i had saved in it anymore..since everything in my computer got erased as well. my questions is if i can get music i bought on my iPhone from iTunes back and it does appear on my purchase history but how do i get it back into my library of music...??? please please help
Unless you backed up your iTunes purchases to an external drive or burn to CD's, even though you see the purchases in your payment information history, you will have to repurchase. Just make sure and back up your iTunes media in the future.

I need any help i can get, im having trouble with the app find my iphone. I have lost my iphone, checked on the computer, and somehow, took it away so how do i get it back??If you are saying that after signing into iCloud it is telling you device is not found, it could be for any number of reasons. If the battery is dead, if the SIM has been removed, or if someone else has the phone and they have restored it, it will not be shown. Also, if you located it once and then sent a remote wipe, it disables the abililty to locate the phone with Find My iPhone.

I am new to the smart phone. I got a used one abut the person took out their SIM card. I put in my SIM card and it shows SIM failure. How do I get the SIM card out?
Look at the SIM card tray.
You will see a small hole.
Poke a SIM card removal tool or small paper clip into the hole until the tray pops out.
Remove the tray. -
I noticed on my credit card statement that something had been purchased on my phone through iTunes I however did not purchase the in-app game and I would like to know when I can get that refunded.
Check your e-mail receipt, in there you can click Report a problem link.

While I agree that it would be nice if it was easier to transfer media from your Apple devices they should never be used as the sole location for any of your media. They are too easily lost, stolen, damaged, or corrupted. The user tip above also includes a link to a suggested library backup strategy so that you can avoid being in the same position in future.

I'd purchased Mountain Lion on release date and Maverick on release date as well. I realized my old Macbook Pro (late 2007) is supported by Mountain Lion, so I want to upgrade it from 10.6.8. However, in the App Store purchases I only see Maverick and search the App Store doesn't bring up Mountain Lion.
I tried that on both the old machine (10.6.8) and new one (10.9.2) and see just Maverick. I'm logged in the same Apple account for both. I see that I made the purchase in my receipts on July 26, 2012.

How can I get back to the Home Page? I hit reset and lost everything. I have a dark screen with the white apple and a line under it.
Wait until it finishes restoring. It would be a good idea to connect it to the charger so it won't run out of power during this process.

Yes I know that. If you have an external drive that is always connected you can set automatic backups, otherwise it is manual.

Upgraded to 4.0, added fire FTP and all of my settings carried over. Now it just sits there and tries to connect. It does not connect. What needs to be done?
Hi vbaio, So far so good. Iran Malware antibytes and Spybot search and destroy after updating them both for the latest updates and so far not one of the pop ups .It is mid afternoon here in Australia and tonight will be the biggest test. I will advise you if it starts up again.Spybot actually I think who came up with the actual bug before I did the scans may have solved the problem.These programs are free here. Tweedle. Thanks again

Have you tried Command - (that's the key to the right of 0)?
If that isn't it try Control - Command - down arrow key. You can turn the zoom feature on and off in System Preferences - Universal Access - Seeing. -
On PAGES, my worksheets used to be displayed along the bottom of the page , now the show up as icons along the side of the and have to be opened up individually, how do I egt them to go back to the bottom of the page?

If the media is in the standard iTunes folder structure or something similar then I have a script called FindTracks that can often repair things. For more details on how it works see this thread.

Just started having problem with updating my apps. The icon shows that I have 11 new updates for apps on my iPad. When I go the App Store, the update window is blank. I can go to purchased apps and new apps, but not the updates. Any thoughts?

When I try to re-install an app that I have already bought it gives me a message the app will be available for downloads when you sign in to the itune store on your computer. I'm on the computer, signed in and I don't see where to get the downloads.
