Make sure all of the videos used in the project that is having that problem are from the same event. If they are from multiple events, move them all into one event.

I should be able to create an itunes account without a credit card but it doesn't give me the option of choosing none; Why?
Did you follow the instructions on that page exactly when you created the account ? They worked for me yesterday on my computer's iTunes when I tried them in response to another thread.
e.g. I logged out of my existing account and found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price'
I then clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
And after agreeing to the terms and filling in my details I was able to select 'none' as the payment method. -

AppStore and iTunes on my MacBook Pro (OS X - 10.8.5) are asking for Credit Card information and I don't see "None" option to continue without providing credit/debit card details

I had to create new apple ID as mentioned there and then the stupid "None" option showed up. Don't understand why this though!

I have just created an Apple Id for itunes, it is allowing me to get to the debit card stage but they no longer accept Visa Debit, there is no other option for me as i dont have any other cards and there isnt a 'none' option! HELP!!
How did you create the account ? Unless you followed the instructions on the page that you post from exactly then you won't get the 'none' option and you will need to enter payment details - those instructions won't work on existing accounts.
I tried those instructions a week ago in response to another thread and I got the 'none' option on it e.g. on my computer's iTunes I logged out of my existing account, found a free app in the store, clicked on its 'free' price, clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup, and after agreeing to the terms and filling in my details I was able to select 'none' as my payment option and download a free app with it. -

Did you follow these instructions? You have to. Also, you have to use an email addresss that you have not used with Apple before, it has to be a new acciount.

I downloaded the Mac Guard malware this am. Then downloaded Apple update to remove it this afternoon. But it was compromised for like 3 hours. Do I need to cancel all my credit cards now? I'm so freaked out! Please help.
If you supplied name, card number, expiry etc. then your details are already available for sale/abuse and you should cancel at once.

Thanks, HaileyProblem Resolved - it is a font issue. Apparently Acrobat can't handle particular fonts and it is best to stick with a very small slection of fonts - Arial, Helvetica, Times Roman.
I haven't test a lot of fonts. If I do, I'll post there results here.

I have tried to also save my cc info and it continues to tell me "invalid security code", although we have used every bank card and credil card that we have. Please help.
