I resolved it by connect to Internet through my VPN, it was network issue...

Quite probably, or it may just be off and out of range of a network. In order to find a missing iOS device it has to have had the app enabled, and be on, not wiped, and able to connect to a network.

I am reading your thread here and I am having problems reinstalling CS3 after I did a migration from old iMac to new iMac (which rendered the installed CS3 unusable). I have "required resources are missing" error message when trying to reinstall from purchased CD. Please suggest how to help. thanks,Cyntlee33 the simplest option is to restore your new computer back to a clean install of Mac OS 10.7. Then use the migration assistant again to move over only documents and settings.
Your other option, which might end up expending a lot of additional time if it fails, would be to try using the CS5 cleaner tool to attempt to remove the files which were transferred over by the migration assistant.
I would highly recommend the first option. During my time with support some of the most difficult issues I have dealt with were from users who used some type of migration utility and then their software did not perform properly on the new computer. -
I was referred to this site when I got Fatal Error message Error code c0000005 while trying to upload photos to computer. Someone else asked the same question in this forum, 90 people viewed the question but it was never answered?
It looks to me like it is a problem on your Windows computer not being able to start an application. It may help if you know or can determine which program Windows is trying to open when you upload photos -- there can be many different ones and it can be set by the user. If you are using Windows 7, you may need to check your Autoplay settings. Pleaseeeee urgent i need help. my iphone 5c is getting stuck at the end while restoring and after 2 hours it is exiting with error code (3). Itunes downloaded the 7.0.2 ipsw and it is failing to restore the phone. i tried this on many computers and on each computer I did the uninstall and the reinstall trick for itunes. i just tried to install the 11.4 update (or whichever one is the most recent update as of 1/26/2014) and when it failed i tried to install manually and now whenever i try to use it, i get the following error: "The application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Right after i click ok i then get this error: "Itunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall Itunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)." I tried to uninstall Itunes and then reinstall the 11.03 version but that didnt work either. I want to know if i copy all of the music in my itunes folder to an external without consolidating can i still transfer all my itunes music from my current windows xp pc to a brand new one and have my current itunes library in my new pc? Basically i just want to know 3 things: What exactly does consolidating the itunes library do? Can i copy, paste, and transfer my itunes library to an external and from there to a new pc? Will i be able to transfer my itunes library without consolidating the files?
I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. It will allow you to re-establish use of iTunes until the Apple software engineers fix the most recent disasterous upgrade (v. 11.1.4). I am trying to install Lightroom and I am OK until it asks for a serial number. I purchased Lightroom from B&H and the have entered the seal number on the the B&H invoice. Nothing happens, not all the entry boxes are filled with the serial number that was provided by B&H. I looked for a serial number on and in the box it came in, nada.
