Go to the APP store or Itunes. On the bottom of the mainpage, tap your apple id, view account. Then you can edit the payment information. Or you can do it(if you encounter a problem there) on Itunes on computer. Just go to the store, select your name and edit information. Make sure everything matches...exp date, name as appears on card etc..

sign in, put "My Orders" in the Search field, and then follow the "My Orders" link to your program order where you should find an opportunity to download new files.
Alternatively, you can go to the following web site, download and install the Premiere Elements 12 tryout, and insert your purchased serial number into those files during installation.

How can I uninstal my mobileme account and install my icloud address? The minimum requirement for iCloud is Lion 10.7.2 (Mountain Lion preferred): the iCloud Preference Pane does not appear on earlier systems - the MobileMe pane appears on Lion and earlier but is non non-functional - you cannot now open or access a MobileMe account.
To make use of iCloud you will have to upgrade your Mac to Lion or Mountain Lion, provided it meets the requirements.
The requirements for Lion are:
Mac computer with an Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor
2GB of memory
OS X v10.6.6 or later (v10.6.8 recommended)
7GB of available space
To purchase it you will have to ring Apple at the number given at the bottom left of this page.

iCloud says "you can't sing in because of a server error" running Windows Vista x32 service pack 2. Can't set it up on my PC any ideas?
I have used the solution below to fix mine and others that have run into this issue.
Start --> Programs --> Accessories (Right Click on Command Prompt) --> Run as Administrator
then type in: "Netsh winsock reset" (-without the quotes-)
Hit enter, restart PC, iCloud For PC should now connect without any server errors
(This solutions will work in some instances when trying to fix errors associated when you are unable to connect to iTunes also.) -
when I try to install icloud on my laptop running windows 7 home premieum I get message saying the windows installer package wont complete as a program run as part of setup did not finish as expected the install then rolls back I have tried reinstall deleting files signing on with another account etc nothing works I have read this is an apple programing problem if so is there a fix I need iclouds thanks

I'm not sure if iTunes is compatible with my computer operating system because when I try to install it, it says the installation is completed but it says there was an error so it won't let me get itunes! Natalie.I just tried running the Lenovo Hard Drive Quick Test both in normal mode and in safe mode. Both times it indicated a failed read test on the HDD. The last two tests also failed. I forget what those tests were called.
I am really beginning to think I have a bad HDD and the problem just happens to be in the reserved partition where my factory system software resides. -

CS3 is unsupported under Windows 8. That said, you'll need to contact Adobe

I am trying to install an update of Microsoft office and I get a message that says. This application must be closed ETC..... I am running Parralell and I think it is there. The two programs are "Microsoft Database Daemon" "SyncServicesAgent". How do I close these programs?
If the Office updates have to be run through Win in Parallels, there's not really a section here that covers that , because Neither Office or Parallels are Apple products. There is only a small chance that you'll find someone with BOTH your conditions who just happend to look into a forum on older iMacs.

I install the iCloud Control Panel and information is uploaded from my Outlook Contact folder to iCloud. ICloud folders are created and syncing process between my iPhone, iCloud, and Outlook works for a while (day or 2). Then, when I open Outlook after a day of 2, I get the above message that "The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened." The only resolve that I have found is to uninstall the iCloud Control Panel, the reboot my Windows computer, then reinstall the iCloud Control Panel and resync contacts and calendar to icloud. This is getting to be very cumbersome to use this feature. What is the cause of the problem that it keeps on disconnecting to iCloud?
I have also fixed it by uninstalling and then reinstalling iCloud, but as you have experienced, the problem recurs without reason. Apple would/could not help as they say that the problem is with Microsoft's Outlook and that I should talk to them. Microsoft's techies won't help without me paying some £200 as I have a Professional - a student's - version of Office 2007. This is scandalous. It is obvious, from the many who have reported the same problem n this forum, that Microsoft should look into this urgently and create a fix

The information store could not be opened. I tried running the repair utlity to repair the iCloud however I am still getting this error message.

Hi. I use windows Xp with service pack 3. I have the latest itunes 11.1 installed in it. I own ipad mini. I am able to add music or apps to my library but not just videos. I have already tried removing & reinstalling it. I also have tried with various formats like MPEG, MOV, MP4. Please help.

I have tried turing it off, and then back on.
I have tried just sharing specific items and this still did not work.
I am going to try stepping back down to 11.04.4 as previously suggested by TheDarkCanuck when I get home tomorrow. (maybe saturday). I am just leary about having to recreate all my libraries and how long that might take. I have over 1.5 TB of Music and Video, that is why I would like to get it working in the current version.
Just because I don't have a Mac, it seems that this is not being taken as a real problem for the windows 7 users (maybe it is specific to 64bit). I may try the 32bit version to see if that fixes it first. Unless someone else has, and want to chime in.
