I'm trying to play scrabble on facebook and it's stuck loading

There is a known compatibility issue with Scrabble running on either Firefox or Google Chrome.
If your game is getting stuck on the loading screen, and you are using either of the browsers mentioned above, we recommend checking for browser updates.
To make sure Firefox is up-to-date, follow these steps:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Click on the 'Help' menu.
3. Select the 'Check for updates' menu option.
4. If there is a new version of Firefox, you should see a message saying 'New Version Available.'
5. Click on the 'Get the new version' button.
6. Your update should download and install automatically (you will have to re-start your browser).
7. If there are no updates, click on the 'Finish' button.
If you are still experiencing this issue, even after you've updated Firefox or Google Chrome, we recommend switching to Internet Explorer to play Scrabble. Players have reported being able to successfully load Scrabble after switching to Internet Explorer.

Operating system version (including 32bit or 64bit edition)
Web browser and version (including 32bit or 64bit edition)
The Flash Player version
