I'm trying to redeem my OS X Mountain Loin and every time i punch the code in it tells me that that code has been used so how can i fix that ?

If you received that message the first time that you used the code then contact Apple directly for a new code. This is a known issue with these codes. Otherwise, you can only use the code once. After that, if the code worked, Mt Lion should appear in the Purchases pane with a download button.

If a phone is sold from one friend to another and wants to use it on a different carrier the friend can contact the carrier it was sold by to request it unlocked. I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. I cant neither pay with my Master card debit and now with a pin.From where did you buy this "PIN"? And did you get an actual card, or did they just send you a number? If you got only a number, then you may well have been defrauded. You'll need to go back to whoever sold you this "PIN" to resolve the problem. Apple to the best of my knowledge does not authorize any company to provide codes rather than a physical card and hence probably cannot help you if you did not get a physical iTunes card or receive a gift certificate issued by the iTunes Store themselves.

When I try to download an app, a message saying that my apple Id has been disabled. How can I fix this? I already reset my password.

You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -
I'm trying to setup my new iphone and the Apple ID it asks for is my friends old Apple ID that she no longer has access to. How can I fix this so I can use my new phone? The first step asks for my iCloud info but then asks for my friends after I agree to the terms.
The iPhone is new, has never been used. When asked if I want to set it up as a new phone, restore from an iTunes backup, or my iCloud backup I selected iCloud. It then askes for me to sign in with my Apple ID, I then agree to the terms, then it asks for me to sign into my friends Apple ID. She and I have used each other's computers in the past so I assume this is where her information is coming from. The problem is she no longer had that email or Apple ID and has no way of gaining access to it and therefor I am unable to proceed.
I suppose my question is, how can I remove her information from mine so I can setup my new phone using iCloud. Also, I have already checked my Apple ID online and nowhere on my account is her information listed. -
When I try to purchase a song, it will not let me use the gift card that I redeemed. It directs me to my billing info and says that my session has timed out. How can I fix this?
For some reason this worked for me. I went into my account and changed my first name, maybe it causes itunes to reset. What ever it does my itunes works now.

Check Mail Preferences, Accounts tab. Select the account, then the Mailbox Behaviors tab. See if you have it set to Permanently erase deleted messages when: One week old. (or less) -

My wife's iTunes used ID will not work. Tried resetting the password, but email was not received. Tried using personal questions method, but would not accept the correct date of birth, so could not go any further. Has her iTunes ID been hacked? How can I fix this?

I linked through and submitted my info as a "topic not covered" in the iCloud section. After entering the serial number of my MBP it turns out I wasn't eligible for technical support (though I don't think this is hardware related support) and the final suggestion was to take my computer into an Apple store. I called my local Apple reseller and asked for assistance. The customer service rep was very nice but unable to help, so suggested I call Apple Support on 1300 321 456. I did so and, again, spoke to two very polite and helpful customer service people (I was transferred to security services). I didn't have to be on hold to speak to either rep for more than a few seconds! After trying a few different things, he worked out what was happening...
So, to cut a long story short, to solve the problem in my OP, all I had to do was log out of iCloud in my System Preferences and log back in using my current Apple ID. [Edited to add that I had to sign out of everything I was currently signed in to with my Apple ID before logging out and in again.]

A redemption code can only be redeemed once. It is used to acquire a serial number. The serial number is what you need to activate the installed software. If you did not keep the serial number when you first installed, you might still be able to find it in your Adobe account online if you registered the software.

I keep trying to burn a CD-R in Iphoto, and every time iPhoto stops burning halfway through and i get this error message, "Attemp to burn a disc failed. Burn failed due to a medium write error." I am using memorex CD-R's and have tried with 4 times with different CD's. Is this a software or hardware problem? Any info would be awesome
Export the photos to a desktop folder, right click on the folder and burn to disk - see if that is any different
