I`m trying to reset my icloud password but i`m not receiving mail with new password!
I have to iphones one iphone 4 and 5s. This Apple ID is for my Iphone 5s but on my Iphone 4 i haveApple ID account. I want to delete that account because i want to sell that iphone, but i`m not able to erase all data due to wrong pasword.I`m trying to reset that password but i`m not receiving mail with my new password.

I initially created my apple account years ago. I am trying to reset my security questions because my answers are continually incorrect. I pressed the link that sends reset security questions info to my alt. address, but I have not received the email with instructions. I have resent the email several times and checked both of the emails I have set up with my apple account to no avail. I have tried everything that is provided in the support article about the issue and my problem has not be resolved. I've even deleted my alt email from the apple account and then reassigned it and tried again, however, I still have not received the email. Without knowing the answers to my security questions, I cannot purchase anything from the iTunes store, which I have been trying to do.
I do not know what the problem is and I am asking for any resolutions. Check your junk or spam mail folder. Also, if you established a rescue email, it could be going to that email address. If all else fails:

Please help me reset my password to "set-up." I have already reset my Apple password, but am still not able to download new software.
Are you the administrator on the macbook and are you the only account? In system preferences-system accounts,. You have all the users for the macbook. At the top you have password and login. you should be in password. On the left is the accounts. You should click on the one that is the administrator account. On the right is a bar that says change password. You click on that. It will go to another screen wear you enter your old pasword and then you new password. Then verify, then add hint if you want . Then click change. Do you see a little box with a key in it beside the enter new passward, that is for keychain. Your admin. password and keychain passwords have to match. That lets you download and open accounts, do updates ect. Doing this way sets admin and keychain pasword. If you keychain password is different than you admin password, that will stop you from downloading new software. Go to apple -support and beside support in search type in KB/h1631 then hit return. That explains keychain an how to change it if you have to.

Updated my AppleID account info. Under password security shows an email address to be used to receive email with new password settings. I need to update that email address, how do I do that? Thanks!
Thanks for the help Niel. I couldn't change the rescue email address (an address that no longer exists and is therefore useless) until I could correctly answer the security questions. After numerous guesses, finally got them right. Was then presented with the option to change the rescue email address. Guess the only other option was to have Apple Support make the change or reset my account info. Have made note of the correct answers so this won't happen again. Thanks for the fast response!!

As it says in the title. I only have one email address (which is also my Apple ID of course) so I'm certain that these emails aren't going to another address, just not arriving at all. Have tried multiple times.

Thanks for the question. It sounds like you are attempting to reset the password for your Apple ID. It may be possible that you have a rescue email address setup, and the password reset email is being sent to that address:
When you provide a rescue email address, all future security emails, such as password resets from iForgot, will be sent to the address provided. The rescue email address you provide cannot be the same as your primary email address for your Apple ID.

Message was edited by: 78Mw23346To migrate your data to a new iCloud account go to Settings>iCloud and turn off all synced data (contacts, calendars, etc.), when prompted choose to keep the data on your phone. After everything is set to off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, create the new iCloud account on your phone and turn on syncing for contacts, calendars, etc again. If prompted, choose Merge. This will upload your data to the new iCloud account.

I have several calendars on my iCloud, and I want to share 3 of them with my wife. I am using Safari 6.0 on Mountain Lion (10.8), and when I go to my calendars on iCloud, I see all of the calendars listed in the left column. The three I want to share already have an active Share icon (green), although I do not recall sharing these calendars in the past.
When I click on the Share icon beside each Calendar, it shows that the calendar is shared with myself. There is NO OPTION in this window for unsharing, or adding my wife to the share, or making them a Public or Private Calendar. The only option is a check box that allows me to decide whether to receive emails alerts when something is changed.
I currently see all of my iCloud Calendars on my iPhone, iPad, and Mac Powerbook (running Mountain Lion). I share them with no one else. I have three Calendars that I do not want to share, and they have the options described in the Online Support, but the three I want to share with her give me NO OPTIONS.I should clarify that I am using a MacBook Pro, not Powerbook (if that's the proper nomenclature).

Try to reset it more than once if necessary. By a reset, I assume you mean, toggling the hold switch on and then off, then pressing and holding both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear right?
If nothing else, you'll need to let the iPod's battery fully drain.

From another computer, go to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/, click "Free download" button, click "Save File" button, select your flash drive in "Save as" window. "Firefox Setup 3.6.13.exe" file will be saved in your flash drive.
You just need to insert it in your new computer and double-click on "Firefox Setup 3.6.13.exe" from Windows Explorer and follow instructions. -
