Easiest thing to do is to contact Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click iTunes>iTunes Store>Purchases, Billing & Redemption>Apple ID account billing. The call should be free, but you will need your Device serial number, which you will find in Settings>General>About.

I've been trying to restore my phone the whole day and every time that's about to finish the extration this message comes up " The iphone cannot be restored at this time because the iphone software update server could not be contacted or is temporarily unavailable"
Do anyone know if there's a way to fix this? It's in DFU mode so I can't do anything with it anymore, i have no phone.

Windows user? Maybe you should check your HOSTS file to make sure nothing is stopping you from contacting Apple's servers - though if you're not looking to update you might still be out of luck. Also, maybe disable IP blacklist apps like PeerBlock just in case they're interfering with your connection to Apple.

Make sure your system time & date is set properly. If it is not, then move it backwards 2 months, then try to connect to the store. Good chance it will work then.
Change it back after again.

If it's stuck on the Apple logo, you'll have to force it into recovery mode and restore it. See http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808.

Two options. Create a guest user on the computer and there will not be any content on the "guest" iTunes. Or if unable to do that set up the iPhone as New. Do not subsequently synch the phone.
Third option is to take the phone to the Genius Bar at an Apple store.
