I'm trying to update to iOS 8.1.3 and it says error occurred...it won't even load to get to the download update page!!! Please help!!!

Apple does not support updating to any version of the iOS except the latest one that the device can run. For the later iPhones that is iOS 8.3. So quit trying to update to an unauthorized version and let the iPhone complete the update to iOS 8.3.

Ok so I use an hdmi connector on my iPhone 4S to watch netflix. But after I updated to iOS 7 it will not work my tv doesn't receive a signal. Does anyone have any insure to this please help .!.!.
The 8 pin Lightning connector can only output 720p and lacks all iPod Out functionality unlike the full iPod Out functionality and 1080p that the 30 pin connector has and I suspect that they are coding iOS 7 specifically for the new devices which have severely reduced abilities and perhaps skipping adding the code needed for 30 pin devices to use their functionality with HDMI, etc.

Help?Apple's servers are probably being hammered by everyone and his dog trying to get the update the minute it was released. I'd suggest you wait a few hours, or perhaps until tomorrow, and then try again.

My iPad won't open some of my apps says it's not connected to the internet which I am because I'm using it right now. I ant listen to music I can't update I can't do anything
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

hi, there, i got my iphone4 updated via wifi n its downloaded, its shows when i check the software update n when i install it, it shows verifying the software n after a couple of seconds comes back with "error while installing ios6" failed so many attempts and even tried to reset the phone, but no use, then i tried latest updated itunes too, can u believe it, it took ages to download n when it was 880mb of the 899mb file, error occured , so many failed attempts, can some one tell me what to do ? are there any issues with iphone4 updates? m scared to update it now, but really wanna get it on my phone.
I have experienced a similar error with the iPhone 4S. The new version of iTunes will not let me restore the phone, it must be updated and nothing appears to be happening. Suffice it to say I am not amused. Apple needs to work this out - I had trouble updating to 8.0.2 as well.

When I try to install apps to my iPad it keeps telling me it needs iOS 6 but when connect to iTunes it says it's up to date even when connected to a wifi......how do I upgrade when it says it's up to date????
If you have the iPad 1 it cannot be updated beyond iOS 5.1.1 so you as as up-to-date as you can be.
Check with the app developer to see if there are older versions of these apps which run on iOS 5. -

I tried installing a coupon printer and nothing came up in the download box. Please help!!!
I was trying to print a coupon for Huggies pullups and it said to install coupon printer follow three steps which I did but when the download page came up it was blank, so I couldn't click open. I tried the troubleshooting page but nothing I did worked.
I suppose there is a possibility that you have security software than may be blocking quarantining or even deleting the downloaded file.
Normally if Firefox says in the download manager that the file is downloaded then it is on your computer, and if you right click you should get the option to open the folder the er the downloaded file is in.

I have two different iCloud accounts - business and personal. I can't sign into Photo Stream with my personal account because it says my business account is my primary account. They are separate but equal accounts. I have tried deleting the iCloud account from my iPhone, then my MacBook Pro and signing in again on both devices. The iPhone says that my primary account ismy personal account (which is good) but my MacBook Pro still will not sign into that account so I can use Photo Stream.
