I'm unable to redeem my redemption code.

customer support told me I had get in touch with the reseller to scan the box. I did but still getting the same error message that the code is not active. need help.

    as far as software goes adobe sucks and i am at the end of my patience after using your products for 9 years, if this problem is not resolved tonight then i will be cancelling my direct debit and moving over to a rival company like zonerama, who do not make it difficult for their customers to install their products and I will be reluctantly ending a 9 year period with elements,and i can assure you those 9 years were easy years for downloading software,the problem now is that in order to deter illegal use of your products you are making it difficult for your paying custoimers to use your products, maybe somebody from the upper management hierarchy has not been looking at the amount of complaints ( and generally al recurring ones at that) or if they have they are ignoring them at their peril, it seems by the amount of recurring problems of the same type that the experts are clutching at straws too, for the elements 12 problem i was directed deep into my computers system to no avail then was cut short

  • VOID or 'Already Redeemed' App Redemption Codes

    Has anyone run into situations where brand new app codes, after being loaded and sync'd through Apple Configurator, are coming back as already redeemed?
    I bought 20 codes yesterday for a school and loaded them into a brand new install of Configurator. We tried to load the app onto their 19 iPads with not a lot of success. 18 iPads redeemed the codes correctly and loaded the app. The two remaining codes came back as null and void.. or 'already redeemed', leaving the 19th iPad with no app to install.
    On the surface, it would appear that Apple is distributing some already redeemed codes.. I've seen this problem at more and a few schools in our district.
    Anyone else seeing this problem?

    Just tried to redeem one copy of a purchased app. I have 32 redemption codes in the spreadsheet, they all looked fine until i tried to redeem this one, then they all had (null) appended to the end of them. Console log and screenshots attached... this is infuriating! No useful response from education vpp support in over 48 hours now!!

    Ah well, I was just being specific that I tried to get to it from Bahrain.
    Anyway, I got it from US, online (shipped), while I was there on a holiday.
    I don't really think it'll be because Apple does not want its products used in Bahrain; that would be a very weird. Besides, pretty much all the neighboring countries are on the list.

    I just ran into this problem today... on Windows, I had to manually launch the MediaManagerII.exe from the DVDROM / MediaManager folder on the disc. I entered the provided code and then it gave me a different code from which to use in iTunes. It worked after that! On a Mac, you just need to launch the Fox Digital Copy.app if it doesn't launch automatically. Let me know if you have any questions!

    I am trying to enter a Redemption Code for a 12-month membership. It says my code is invalid and at other times says "We're sorry. Something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later."  I reviewed receipt to confirm activation was completed. I have tried all variations of the code (i.e. 1 or i, 0 or o, etc). I am on Windows 7 and had previously downloaded a trial which expired yesterday.

    I only installed it on one office computer---Can't it be used on two?

    If you have redeemed the code once it is not necessary to redeem it again to use.
    You can directly download Creative Cloud desktop and install other products from there
    You can downlaod Creative Cloud desktop from below link

    Once it installed, Sign in with the email address which you have used to redeem the code
    The click on install or update an application.

    You say your FREE trial has expired, and then you say you have a subscription... which is it? Do you have a paid subscription?
    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work
    or
    A chat session where an agent may remotely look inside your computer may help

    I have followed all the instructions available online.  I purchased my Lightroom 5 box set from Best Buy and can not get a serial number from the instructions online as well as printed on the box.  Can anyone give me a clue as to what the problem is?

    Here is the process I followed to get my serial numbers for an Elements 13 bundle purchased at Best Buy a few months back, starting with the getserial URL in Step 1:

    You can only redeem the redemption code once to get the serial number so make sure you write down the serial number, print it, and/or copy/paste into a document for later reference.

  • Redemption Code entered correctly does not generate serial number.

    I am having a difficult time obtaining a serial number for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.  I purchased a boxed package from a local retailer.  Inside the box is a redemption code that upon entering, a serial number is supposed to be generated.  I made sure to be careful of ones and zeroes, to not mistake them for "I"s and "O"s .  Upon entering the Red/Cd I receive a message that the retailer has not activated the software purchase.  I go back to the retailer, tell them my issue and they exchange my s/w for a new box.  I get home and the same problem occurs.  My question:  has Adobe changed the process for obtaining a serial number from a boxed software purchase?  This is utterly frustrating.  I cannot understand why Adobe would have a process for obtaining a serial number for legitimately purchased software that does not work.  Any help would be appreciated.  Please forgive me if I posted this to the wrong forum.

    From Adobe support: "You cannot redeem the redemption code,it has to be redeemed by us".  They handled the code redemption, the serial number retrieval and the product registration during my chat session.  I asked the question what is the purpose of providing an enclosed redemption code and that question went unanswered.  At the end of the day, I was able to get my serial number and activate the software.
