I'm unable to retrieve ALL my voicemail messages on Droid Bionic

My voicemail states my mailbox is full with 20 messages but it stops after about 8. How can I get it to go on to the rest of them? Please don't say delete the first 8, there must be something that is not working correctly.

I know that voicemails are important, and you wouldn't want to delete all of them. Have you listened to those eight messages and re-saved them? After doing this, do the voicemails still not play? I have included a link with the voicemail commands available.

    I also experienced loss of important archived voicemails on my Iphone on two occasions within the last 12 mos:
    1. after upgrading my Iphone 4S to an Iphone 5 using Itunes backup and then erasing my Iphone 4s. I lost all my voicemails older than 90 days (ATT is my carrier). I was able to recover the old voicemails by restoring my Iphone 4s from my Itunes backup and holding onto that device for reference.
    2. again, six mos later after restoring a new Iphone 5 using a recent ITunes backup after water damage to my first Iphone 5. Nobody in my local Apple store or on Apple phone support, including a "senior techniciaan" had any useful knowledge to assist me with this frustrating issue. Ultimately, I spent many hours researching this myself. Apparently, there is a bug in the Iphone 5 OS when restoring from ITunes. I don't know if this problem also occurs after restoring from an ICloud backup. However, I found that Iphone voicemails are available for a limited period 30-90 days through your phone carrier ie. ATT, Verizon, etc but more importantly, ALL voicemails are archived on an ITUNES backup regardless of age assuming you didn't delete them off your IPhone before last backing up your device. So, if you lost or damaged your IPhone but have an ITunes backup, all you need is an ITunes extractor, unfortunately not available through APPLE. Apple reps are not authorized to discuss non-apple issued software even if they're aware. There are several ITunes extractors available for music, photos, SMS files etc but most don't also have the capability of opening the embedded voicemails. Happily, using this software, I successfully extracted from my ITunes backup file ALL my voicemails old and current, using www.backuptrans.com/itunes-backup-extractor.html (Mac and Windows versions available). A life-saver!

    Hi B,
    There is some cause for this issue.
    Whenever u clicked "Scheduling Information" ODI queried your planned schedules (your Work Repository table, SNP_PLAN_AGENT) and did not see anything scheduled in the time frame of "Schedule from" and "To" to output for you (actually it wil take 2 hours from NOW, means will consider the current time when u clicked + 2 hrs).
    So whenever you click Scheduling Information it will fail saying Unable to retrieve scheduling information.
    The work around would be,
    The default "Schedule from" timestamp is the current timestamp on your machine and you can set the "To" timestamp by selecting an interval from the drop down (2 Hour, 1 Hours..) and clicking on either of the two yellow arrow buttons.
    When ODI finds a schedule in the time frame, it will automatically display it for you on the right, if there is none, you will see unable to retrieve agent's schedule message.
    PS: I hope your Agent Scheduler is running in all cases. :)

    Did you ever back up your phone on the computer?
    Did you use photo stream at all?
    May I suggest changing your passcode lock to a letters and numbers lock (if not all ready it will make your iphone more secure and a restore lock otion shouldent be needed). Then change your setting as well preventing restore after ten incorect passwords.

    ISSUE FINALLY RESOLVED!!!!!!
    So, it turns out, I had to restore the iPhone...with a twist! Here are the steps:
    FIRST BACK UP YOUR DEVICE
    1. Go to the library (Hold option, click on "go" in the finder, then go to library)
    2. Go to your iTunes folder in this Library (not application support, the main iTunes folder)
    3. Go to the iX software folder (i.e., iPhone software, iPad software, etc.) and delete the file in this folder
    4. Hook up the phone and then click on restore iPhone.
    At this point, it will redownload the entire OS again. You must then restore the iPhone. As it is downloading the iOS, you can disconnect and use your phone for probably however long you want (I did the restore the same day as the download) and when you are ready you can hook up the phone and restore it.
    THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP FOLLOWS:
    And one many may dislike. Upon restoring the phone, you MUST select "Set-Up as new iPhone"
    You need to make sure you've backed up EVERYTHING elsewhere. 3rd party, non-apple/icloud apps will lose data through this method, and you'll lose all texts, your call history, and super old voicemails. The upside is that, if you've backed up, then you can just restart the process if you forgot something. But seeing as how the popup was interfering with my ability to use iCloud (I couldn't sync anything, such as calendar events, reminders, etc.,  unless I had gone into mail to sign in to iCloud), it was totally worth it....no more popups.
    My only wish is that this thread becomes popular. Many people have this issue and you should only use this method as a super last resort (after trying literally everything I had written previously).

  • XML Report completes with error due to REP-271504897:  Unable to retrieve a string from the Report Builder message file.

    We are in the middle of testing our R12 Upgrade.  I am getting this error from the invoice XML-based report that we are using in R12. (based on log).  Only for a specific invoice number that this error is appearing.  The trace is not showing me anything.  I don't know how to proceed on how to debug where the error is coming from and how to fix this.  I found a patch 8339196 that shows exactly the same error number but however, I have to reproduce the error in another test instance before we apply the patch.  I created exactly the same order and interface to AR and it doesnt generate an error.  I even copied the order and interface to AR and it doesn't complete with error.  It is only for this particular invoice that is having an issue and I need to get the root cause as to why.  Please help.  I appreciate what you all can contribute to identify and fix our issue.  We have not faced this issue in R11i that we are maintaining right now for the same program which has been running for sometime.  However, after the upgrade for this particular data that the user has created, it is throwing this error REP-271504897.

    If you cant reproduce the issue on other instance, apply the patch on the test instance and verify all the funcionality related to the patch works OK. Then move the patch to production. Or you can clone the prod environment to test the patch.

    I am getting the following Error on trying to view a report in the CMC and the Infoview.

    I have recently re-installed Crystal Reports Server XI  on a server after a disk failure. I had a backup of my CMS database. I reinstalled the Crystal Servwer without atttaching this database, however crystal did not create a new db so I attached my old one.
    I have deleted all my old ODBC connections and recreated them with new names and then reconnected my reports in Crystal Reports XI using the "Set Datasource Location" option and the report works fine.But as soon as I try to view it after uploading it as an object onto the server, I get the above error.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    I am tagging into this unanswered question as well because I think I have a similar issue.  In my case I have a report which runs correctly in Crystal Reports designer but when I move it to the scheduler it fails on a "Failed to connect" to the report.  In have used "Set data location" to no avail.  When I go to Admin Tools and look at the complete list of datasources for all my reports this particular datasource is listed twice.  The group of reports under one of the datasources works correctly.  The reports listed under the second datasource all fail.  The two datsources are spelled exactly the same and when I sompare the database details for a successfull and a failing report using this datasource they are the same (in the console and in infoview).
    I have also checked the ODBC connections on the Crystalserver and there is only one occureence.
    Any ideas?

    The other thing I notice is that when trying to connect to the VMM. It's trying to use domain\username, yet when I try logging in with domain\username via the SCVMM Console. I get the  You cannot access VMM management server (Error ID: 1604).
     I'm not sure if this is why I can not add the VMM to WAP.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

    I am not sure about the answer but I guess these steps will solve your problem:
    1) Log in to the SPF server by using an account that is a member of the SPF_Admin local group.
    2) Open an elevated Windows PowerShell window.
    3) Type the following commands, and press Enter after you type each command:
    Import-module spfadmin
    New-SCSPFTenant -Name Administrator -SubscriptionId 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
    4) Close the WAP Server Management Portal, and then reconnect to it to update all items.

  • Unable to retrieve collections from the Search Service.

    Hi,
    I have a user trying to upload a collection. She gets the
    following error:
    Unable to retrieve collections from the Search Service.
    Please verify that the ColdFusion MX Search Server is
    installed and running.
    Obviously, I checked the service. It was running. I restarted
    the service. That did nothing. I restarted all the CF services.
    Didn't fix the issue. I also rebotted the server, not expecting
    that to work. It didn't.
    Checking the server logs, I see this:
    The description for Event ID ( 105 ) in Source ( ColdFusion
    MX 7 Search Server ) cannot be found. The local computer may not
    have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to
    display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the
    /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support
    for details. The following information is part of the event:
    ColdFusion MX 7 Search Server.
    Also, after talking to my co-worker more, it turns out this
    occurred right after she uploaded a new collection to the
    administrator. This link sounds similar to what I'm experiencing:

    Maybe it's a corrupt collection?
    but I don't see any errors in the log
    (:\CFusionMX7\verity\Data\services\ColdFusionK2_indexserver1\log\status.log)
    Finally, there are some errors in the Verity service, and it
    looks like the Verity service Verity K2Server (Version 2.20pr6)
    points to D:\CFusionMX\lib\k2server.exe, which doesn’t exist
    anymore because we’ve upgraded to MX7.I'm not sure if this is
    an old service left over from before we upgraded from CFMX to
    CFMX7.
    We are running CFMX7 on a Windows 2003 Server SP1 if that
    matters.

    In the left hand panel of the ColdFusion Administrator expand
    the Data & Services link. Then select the Verity K2 Server
    link. Change localhost to 127.0.0.1 in the Verity Host Name
    textbox.

  • I suddenly am unable to retrieve my emails.  I discussed this with my Internet provider, but still get an error message and can't access my emails.  Any suggestions???

    I am unable to retrieve my emails since yesterday.  I called Time Warner Cable, my Internet provider, but they could not help me; they stated that the settings had changed, since they were upgrading.  I adjusted the settings, but still get an error message: 
              Alert
              There may be a problem with the mail server or network.  Verify the settings for account "Mail 1" or try again.
              The server returned the error:  The connection to the server "smtp.roadrunner.com" on port 110 timed out.
    I changed the server, and the port, as Time Warner Cable tech rep recommended, but to no avail.  They recommended I delete my current email account and recreate it, but that I check with Apple first, because I might lose my contact list (and any email messages I'd previously saved!?).  They suggested Apple might be able to tell me how to not lose the contacts, emails, profile.
    Any help would be appreciated. 

    Hi, what Interface are you using, & which one are you checking?
    Each Interface will have it's own settings.

    Instead of joining your Network from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed.
    For 10.5/10.6/10.7/10.8, System Preferences>Network, unlock the lock if need be, highlight the Interface you use to connect to Internet, click on the advanced button, click on the DNS tab, click on the little plus icon, then add these numbers...

    I am new to ATG. I want to create small application where I need to retrieve all the user's first name and last name and display that in index.jsp. I am using MySQL database server. Till date I have created one userRepository.xml file which contains table name and all the column name. One UserRepository.properties file which contains following code.

    I am getting error like "das_id_generator does not exist". Similiarly I am getting error for other table which is not there in my schema.
    So Please tell me how to resolve this issue and exact procedure to retrieve the data from repository.

    which means this error?
    Why adds "test." on table name?
    how to proceed??

  • Unable to retrieve mail from server on my account

    Hi there.
    I am unable since june 26 to retrieve email from the server. I check information on my mail app and i see my mail list store on the server. I also tried to send me an email. But still unable to retrieve it. So i can send email, but enable to get them. I tried to reconstruct the database directly on the server without success.
    OSX server 10.4
    Does someone have an idea of what i could be?

    Not a lot to go on is there? However if you use the GUI or the command line its a good idea to stop the mail service before attempting a Reconstruct. In my experience I don't think its ever worked using the GUI. Perhaps others have had more luck?

    You'll get all previously read mail marked as unread but that's easily dealt with. As already stated it's difficult to give any clear advice as you are keeping things to yourself somewhat. The above link assumes its a standard Mail Service setup using the GUI alone.
