Did you complete your form as well? A form needs to be completed and signed by both parties and submitted to Adobe support via a support ticket. Chat support cannot help, but should have pointed you to the KB article with the instructions.

What happens when you try?
If the song is an older purchase (from more than a few years ago), it may have DRM (copy protection). You can check by selecting the song on a list in iTunes, and doing a Get Info (right click - Get Into). On the Info window Summary tab, if Kind is Protected AAC audio file, it has DRM. Also note what it says there for Apple ID. You need to authorize the computer you use with the iPod to play content purchased with that Apple ID.
From the iTunes menu bar, under Store, select Authorize This Computer. Enter the Apple ID (and password) used to purchase the song. One computer can be authorize for multiple Apple IDs.
NOTE: More recent iTunes Store song purchases do not use DRM, although other type of media (such as TV shows and movies) still do.

Since your Mac probably came with 10.4, there is no longer a way to get 10.5 Leopard install media. IF it has the requirements, you may be able to upgrade to 10.6 Snow Leopard by buying the boxed install media at the Apple Store for $30.

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

There is no way to restrict incoming or outgoing Messages except that Messaging only works between Apple devices with iOS 5 and newer Mac computers.

It lets me put the password in, takes me to the Terms and Agreements page, I click "Agree" and nothing happens, i just keep staying on the Terms and Agreements page. This happened once to me, I did a factory reset on my ATV3 and it worked for me.

Assuming you are using a gmail account, do you use the 2 step verification? If so you need to create an app specific password to use when logging into youtube on the ATV.

I have started getting that about once a week too. It goes away if I unplug all the cables, including power, on ATV and then plug them back in. Not a great soluition, but the only thing I have found to work.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Sign in required - BT Home Hub 5 - Galaxy S5.

Hi,
I'm having a problem with my Home Hub and Galaxy S5. Whenever the WiFi disconnects from leaving the house, my S5 tells me "Sign in again" when I reconnect to my Home Hub.
I click on the my Home Hub in the WiFi list, it connects perfectly and there's no sign in needed to be done.
I previously had an iPhone 5 and this was never an issue, can someone suggest how to fix this?

Some devices have a problem with the Homehub sharing the same SSid between the dual band frequencies.
Try giving the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz frequencies different SSids. Just add a 5 to the end of the 5Ghz SSid so you know which is which. Check the 5 GHz Sync with 2.4 GHz: is set to NO.
Once you have done that "forget" the connection and then restart the phone and log onto both. The phone should then automatically switch to the strongest signal.
You'll need to connect your other devices that can use both frequencies to both SSids if you want them to be able to use both frequencies.
