Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

I just purchased to new iphone4s. I went home plugged old iphone 3Gs to back up to save my info to transfer to new iphone 4s. One of the 3Gs after it spent about 30 minutes in back up mode suddenly said it was unable to back up then i received a plug in to itunes message on it and the message I am receiving is to restore it to factory settings. So i basically lost all my information. I do not want to repeat this fiasco on my husbands phone which contains his business contacts etc. Please help!

My Iphone 4g, won't turn on, I have tried the power button + home button several times and held them for over 3 minutes. It won't even respond to Itunes and I can't restore it because of that. A little water got into it before it completely shut off but it was like little drops.. Please HELPP.
I also have tried to put it in rice and left it there for 9 hours and it still doesn't workA drop or two of water may have been enough to cook it. If it was bad enough to prompt you to put it in a bag of rice, then I'd venture to guess it was more than a drop or two.
Try putting it back in the bag of rice and leave it there for several days.
If that doesn't fix it, then you're more than likely looking at paying for an out of warranty replacement.
Water and delicate electronics don't generally get along well. -

It will - until you purchase iOS 3.
Follow the link that stedman provided, and on that page, instead of choosing the link to iOS4, choose Purchase the iOS 3.1 Software Update directly from the iTunes Store. When you choose it, iTunes will open to the store and page for buying (purchasing) the update. It doesn't cost much (a few dollars although I cannot recall precisely) and it is the only way to update from you current iOS version. Once you do that, a further update to iOS 4.2.1 is free. That particular update may occur straight away, I don't know.
By the way, iOS 4.2.1 is as high as the 2nd generation Touch can go, but don't let that put you off. I have one and although I cannot install the BBC iPlayer (because it requires iOS 5) there are many Apps that work perfectly well with iOS 4.2.1.

I've just read the another discussion (to which you contributed), in which Illaass suggests that you may have a 1st generation Touch. If that is so, then your iPod will only be able to update to iOS 3.1.3. This will still need to be purchased, but be aware that many Apps require iOS 4 or higher, so your options would be more limited. So follow the link Illaass provided to confirm which model you have.

My broadband line is used when i want to make free...
My landline number is working and i can receive incoming calls but when i want to make calls from that number using my free evening and weekend package i cant, it always diverts to my broadband number so i'm paying ?
I think its probably a connection / set up problem, i've got a bt home hub and use that handset, with a 2nd handset thats not connected to a phone socket
Any ideas?i had the same problem for just over a month i was being charged for calls when i had the unlimited option i rang bt several times to find out why this was and not a single person told me the problem.
Originally i had a fault and couldnt recive any incomming or out going calls so i rang bt on my mobile. They fixed the incomming calls but still couldnt make out going calls so i rang them again and again this was fixed .... i noticed the dial tone had changed so again i rang no one offered me any explanation as to why the dial tone had changed they were simply more than happy that i was making and reciving calls.
Then my bill arrived WOW what a shock no calls were free!!! So again i rang i got a sorry and my bill re funded but still i hear the unusal tone. So i ring again the people over in the call centre in india didn't know what the problem was and left me to it again!
Another bill came and yet again i was charged so i sent an email this time again they didnt know the problem.
I rang again and this time got a woman with an irish accent who told me i was making calls from my broadband line i said i didnt request this and i certainly dont want it. she told me to press 5 on the phone that will take it away and it was MY FAULT i was being charged and i would not be reciveing a refund on my bill, in fact she was rather nasty again excellent customer service on behalf of bt.
So my advice to you is get rid of braodband talk and make sure u have pressed 5 on your hub phone and hear the normal dialing tone. -
Hello I am using Ipad 4 and its charger is not working while I was using it few days before and it was working properly now it says that the cable does not support this Ipad Please Help me out.
Try a reset:
- Hold the home button and sleep/wake button down at the same time. When the Apple logo appears release both buttons then try and charge again.
If issue persists try:
- Another known working cable
- Check the charging port for any damage or debris
- You could also use a dry soft bristle toothbrush and gently brush it on the port to clean it of any debris that could be in there -
I just received photoshop elements 10 that I bought used thru Ebay, for my OSX Mac 10.5.8. I put the discs in my computer and nothing happens to help me download it. Can anyone help me with this instillation challenge?
Does your mac have an intel processor or PowerPC processor?

After you insert the disk, it should show on your desktop.
If you double click on the the disk icon on the desktop, does anything happen?

I don't see a way of using FT just for audio. There is no way of turning the video streaming feature to off. If you disable the camera, facetime won't work at all.

Using different templates for the desktop and phone versions of the same blog
I have a site which was created in Adobe Muse and is hosted on Business Catalyst.
I have created both a desktop and a phone versions of the site.
I want to know how I can integrate the blogs that I currently have on the desktop site with the phone version that I just did, using different templates for the desktop and phone versions of the same blog. This is in order to ensure that visitors to the blogs on the website are directed to the templates that render correctly for the devices they are using.
My current approach has been to create both a desktop and phone versions of the blogs. The problem with this however, is that the dates are different and the comments are separated between the two blog versions!
I have also tried enabling mobile templates in BC, but still couldn't find a way to specify the mobile versions of the templates for the same blog?
To recap my problem, I basically need a solution where the same blog uses different templates for desktop and mobile (both templates use different navigation headings and menu styles)

Please provide the site url , also try to publish the site as a trial site in Business Catalyst with all layouts which would help to isolate the issue.

Try restoring the iPhone to factory settings. If you are having difficult restoring, put the iPhone into Recovery Mode and see if that then works:

If not, or if a restore to factory settings does not fix the problem, then your iPhone may have a hardware problem. You can only get the iPhone serviced by Apple in Canada, so you will have to take the iPhone there or send it to someone you know in Canada who can get the iPhone serviced and send it back to you. The only option for getting service in Pakistan would be to pay some unauthorized repair shop to attempt a repair, after which Apple will no longer provide any service even in Canada.

I had a new MacBook Pro that was damaged and I am now using a different MacBook pro as my primary computer (running yosemite 10.10.1).
I did uninstall the Creative Cloud off the old MacBook before I stopped using it.
I have downloaded the Creative Cloud and signed in using my adobe username and password, but when I went to download the Photoshop App it is only giving me the TRIAL VERSION.
How do I make sure that the apps are the full version that I have already paid for? (I do know that my subscription is still current)
