I had this problem too but finally figured out the fix:
1. Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
2. open up your Hosts file with notepad
3. add the line "159.182.167.79 frameset.next.ecollege.com" to the end of the file, save it and then restart the computer.
Note - Sometimes the hosts file won't save and will give you an error. Search google for "hosts file won't save" for various solutions to that problem. Or you can download and edit the hosts file with a specific hosts editing program.

Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

The first time I ran into this I went ahead and set up another account for my self but am still getting the same message. Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

Thanks, AlanAs Bill suggest, update Acrobat manually. Here are the settings to disable Auto Update.
Lauch Acrobat.
Click on "Edit" -> "Preferences" -> Updates (on the right side of the panel).
Select the radio button "Do not download or install updates automatically".
Click on "OK".

I'm trying to log onto app store, but I keep getting a message the my device or computer is unable to be verified. How do I verify it when the app store will not allow me to log onto the account even when I use my Apple ID, which works with no problem on itunes. What is up and how do I correct it now!
Check your mac's Serial Number.
Some people have problems with missing serial numbers on their Macs and that's the message you get when this happens.
Click on the Apple at the top left of the screen, open "About this Mac" and click on "More Info". You should see a list with information about your Macbook Air. Check that on the Serial Number field you have your Mac's Serial. If you have "SystemSerial#" written instead then that's your problem.
You can re-enter your serial number if you have a USB CD drive, it's not very straightforward but I can walk you through it if you need it.

I downloaded the icloud software on my computer in order to sync calenders and contacts using Windows 2007, but I keep getting an error message when trying to sync my icloud and Outlook calendars. I downloaded it for the first time a month ago and had it working but it stopped syncing, so I deinstalled the iCloud software and reinstalled, but keep getting the error message "Your setup couldn't be started because of an unexpected error. What do I do now? Can anyone help with this?
