I'm using LR5. Why is Creative Cloud thinking that I don't have LR5 installed?

Creative Cloud desktop says I have PS CC, PS CC (2014) and Illustrator Trial installed but no mention of LR5. It also gives me the option of installing LR5. LR5 is already installed and working fine (as far as I know). I have the monthly photographer's plan @ 9,95$.
I would like to know if it matters that I have 2 PS CC installed and if I have to reinstall LR5 for future updates purposes.

The third activation will not succeed as it will prompt to deactivate it from previous machine.

  • I installed java from the apple site and restarted firefox but it still thinks that I don't have java. How to I enable java? I am using lion on a mac.

    I got a message saying I didn't have java installed. I went to the apple site and downloaded JavaForMacOSX10.7.dmg and installed java. but it still says I don't have java installed.

    I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

    It sounds like you have installed the 64 bit version of iTunes, but you continue to the get an error message that suggests to download the 64 bit version any time you connect your iPhone 5.  I understand that you have already uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, but sometimes you may need to uninstall additional components related to iTunes to completely remove it from your system. 
    I recommend following the steps in this article to completely uninstall iTunes:
    Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

    Once you have completely uninstalled iTunes, you can download the 65 bit version of iTunes for Windows here:

    Firefox keeps telling me that I have to upload a newer version of Adobe Flash. However, Adobe tells me that I have the latest version. Also, Google Chrome lets me see pages that Firefox will not load because it thinks I don't have the right version of Flash! Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance.

    Did you delete your photos in your deleted photo folder? I you didn't their still on your phone taking up space.

    as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
    Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)
    I quote: ... helps resolve installation problems for Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite (CS3-CS6) applications. The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications. It does not affect existing installations of previous versions of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.

    Sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.

    Why is my amount of 'space used' different from my Creative Cloud Files Folder size? CC is telling me I'm using 93% (18.6GB of 20GB) but my CC File Folder only contains 13.42GB?  

    Have you checked the "Archive" section on the Creative.adobe.com website ?
    When you delete the files then they are moved to the "Archive" from where you can delete the content permanently.
    Clear the Archive section and then check.

  • Why is Creative Cloud showing applications that are not installed?

    For some reason Creative Cloud is showing applications that I don't have installed as installed (see below).
    I posted the VERY frustrated question of "why won't Creative Cloud uninstall?" and was met with NOTHING useful, and ended up having to
    "manually uninstall" (delete the program folders) all of the programs I didn't want including CC, which I then re-installed.
    The programs that I don't have installed below are: inDesignCC, PhotoshopCC, IllustratorCC, InCopyCC, and Bridge.
    I was able to run the Adobe Cleaner on Indesign CC and Bridge, but nothing else.
    Does anyone know why I can't get rid of the rest?

  • Why is Creative Cloud on my PC?

    Why do I suddenly have creative cloud in my programs and on my taskbar. I have not bought it or downloaded and installed it. It replaced AVG antivirus with itself on the taskbar. Would this have something to do with the recent hacking?

    No, I don't even have Creative Suite and never have. I used the Adobe chat for this issue, and was told to remove it via control panel and then click on this link http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-alert.html for more information. Of course, I had already read the security alert after I received the email from Adobe telling me to reset my password(and I did). So, anyway, I uninstalled Creative Cloud, but that still doesn't tell me how it got on my PC without me paying for it, downloading it, and installing it. I just can't figure it out. I hope this has nothing to do with the hackers. I am so afraid of them getting ahold of my financial information.
    Do you have any idea what is going regarding how CC got on my PC and why?

    Typekit is not font management software; it is a library of fonts that you can sync to your desktop to use alongside the fonts that you have installed locally. This tutorial shows how it works:

    You will not upload your other desktop fonts to Typekit. You'll continue to manage them locally in Font Book, Suitcase Fusion, or another font management software.
