Will Image capture (in your applications foldr) see them and bring to disk? If so then once they are safely off the memory card and on disk use the camera's format command to reformat the memory card
and can you impoprted to iPhtoo from disk? Will preview open the photos on disk?

I am very new at this but like how easy iWeb makes it to build a website. A few questions for the newbie:
1. I want to build a site but have another server I use who would host it. After watching the iWeb tutorials it looks as if you have to publish it on mobileme.com. But I already have hosting with another company. How do you do that?
2. I also have a domain name I want to show up in the hyperlink bar not mobileme.com/____, is that possible to do with this program?
3. Are their other templates for iWeb? I see about 12 or so they offer, can you search and download for new ones or is what's there all you have to choose from?
I appreciate any help on these matters.

How to I purchase a CC subscription in Indonesia (work here), but trying to pay with Australian Credit Card (won't let me)?

I am currently trying to upgrade my trial subscription to an educational subscription. I live and work in Indonesia (currently), but when I go to pay - the only options for the billing address are in this particular region of the world (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia etc.).
I only have an Australian credit card with the billing address listed there. How do I pay using that particular card?

Unfortunately, this particular link is very US-centric, and doesn't really help someone in Indonesia. Is it really only possible for me to contact a 1-800 number in the states in order to get assistance on how to purchase a Creative Cloud Membership? Not blaming you, just wondering why there is not some email address that I can contact to get specific help? As I am still trying to purchase Creative Cloud - does Adobe really not want my business?

Yes, there are two ways of doing it:
The efficient, "every link points to the same guy" solution is to add the PDF to your page with Insert->Hyperlink->To File..., publish it, and copy the address into all references anywhere else (blogs).
The second way is to just link those PDFs locally in each reference. This isn't as efficient space-wise as above, but considerably easier.

you may have flipped the micro switch inside the audio jack. To rectify this issue take a toothpick an gently wiggle it inside your audio jack.

If a restore did not fix it, you have a hardware issue--possible bad wi-fi radio.

Went to calendar preferences and it won't let me sync cuz it says: Your mobileme suscr info is not correct or you did not turn on sync in mobile me prefs - well, my mobile me subscription must be ok, I'm in and out of it easily enough, checked the acct fields, and my other stuff is working fine. I did go to mobile me prefs and it is all set to sync, calendar is checked, it says the last sync was 15 min ago. Ak! What is up? I did just upgrade the mobile me calendar. Is that my problem?

My understanding is that you can click on the phots that you want to move and drag it to a new location within the same album. After i select the photo that I want to move and click on the photo, I get a cirlcle with a diagonal throught it and am unable to drag the photo to its new location. What am I doing wrong? I know this should be a simple thing to do. Thanks

In the Elements Organizer 13
The key to all this is to click on/select/highlight the Album that you have created in Local Albums.
Then make sure that the Sort By: (in the row below the highlighted "Media" header is set for Album Order.
You should see a number at the top left of each of thumbnails.
Then, click on the thumbnail that you want to move, hold down the click, and drag the thumbnail to the wanted new location
in the line up of thumbnails.
Often I had to press down hard on the drag.
Please let us know if that worked for you.
Also, in Edit Menu/Preferences/Keyword Tags and Albums/Enable Manual Sorting Options, I set all for manual.

It's worked prior to using M. Lion. Any suggestions? Also, The other pressing issue i have is, I DO NOT want ANY mail showing in my inboxes when Mail starts UNTIL i enter that password for each account. Instead of creating different user accounts for the MacBook, it's just easier this way. Or is it? If this is a permanent thing, then I may switch back to Lion. I guess I shoud've waited until the kinks were out before installing (**** Mac-head!)

I DO NOT want ANY mail showing in my inboxes when Mail starts UNTIL i enter that password for each account.
That is simply not possible with Mail, and never has been. Anyone who uses your account can see all messages stored in Mail. The only true solution is to not let other people use your account. Let other people use the guest account, or if you share the machine with someone else, set up a separate user account for that person. This will also solve the problem of remembering the password. It will become a non-issue for Mail to remember your password if nobody else has access to your account.

Just create a new page (or use the existing photo page) on your external site and use html to add an iframe sized to the page and link it to the mobilme gallery page. Works for me just fine when showing my gallery from a yahoo site.

You cannot retrieve the already published site as iWeb CANNOT open it - it has no import facility.
You need your domain.sites file, which you can find under User/Library/Application Support/iWeb/domain.sites. You do not need any kind of account for this because it is your domain.sites file that resides on the hard drive of your Mac anyway. Find this file and you can alter your website.
Use a spotlight search to try and find it and if this does not work you can download something called Find Any File. If you really can't find it, then you'll have to start from scratch because iWeb cannot open a site that is already published.
