I made a big mistake. I downloaded a Windows version of Adobe Acrobat for my Mac. Is there any way to get that changed?

I made a big mistake. I paid almost $500 for Adobe Acrobat and realized the whole time I was paying for a Windows version of the software. Is there any way I can change the software without having to buy a new license for the program?
