I made a presentation and keynote saved it as a theme, not a file.

It still shows al my work, but when i click it, it gives me a blank theme! How do i get it back? I can't remake!

Unless you specify another location, custom themes are saved in the Themes folder on your hard disk ([home]/Library/Application Support/iWork/Keynote/Themes). Only themes in this folder appear in the Theme Chooser. If you store your theme in another location, you can still open it (from the Finder) and use it to create a slideshow.

Any apps you've had installed on your iPad can be downloaded again.
Go to App Store on your iPad and select 'Updates' and then tap on Purchased. You can then view all purchases made on the iPad or purchases made on other devices by selecting the 'Not on this iPad' tab.

The new Pages v5 (Mavericks) uses a new file format with the same extension name (.pages). Older versions of Pages cannot open these documents unless you first export them as Word (.docx) and send these as Mail attachments. The same is true if you originate an IOS Pages v2.01 .pages document.
You may be sending to people who chose not to install Pages v5 on Mavericks and continue to use Pages ’09 v4.3 instead — especially for the superset of features that are presently not in Pages v5.

For iMovie to see your projects, they must be in a certain place. If they are on your startup internal hard drive, they must be in the Movies/iMovie Projects/ folder. If they are on an external drive, they must be in the iMovie Projects/ folder at the top level of the drive. Is it possible that your projects have been moves somewhere else?

The ringtone file format is m4r. You can create ringtone from any of your music file in your iTunes Music library.
Follow steps as follow:
1. Right mouse click the song in music library you want to create ringtone and choose “Get Info”
2. Choose “Option” Tab, Check “Start Time” n Stop Time” of the track you want to make into ringtone and put in your start time and end time (Max 40 secs duration), then click OK
3. Right mouse click the music file again and choose “Create AAC Version”
4. You will see a copy of song with same name appeared but with 40sec duration only. Now drag the song onto your desktop and you will see the name is now xxxxxx.m4a.
5. Change the file extension m4a into m4r from the desktop
6. Delete the 40sec m4a file from the music library (You must do this step or Itune will not accept your new m4r file).
7. *Important - Now uncheck the start n stop time of the original song so that you can play back full length.
8. Now, drag the m4r file from desktop to Library
9. Click onto the Tones under Library, and you find you ringone file.
Note: Just in case you cannot "Create AAC version" from Step 3, go to top menu, click "Edit", "Preference". Under "general" Tab, click "Import Settings", make sure under Import Using that "AAC Encoder" is selected.
Once you have ringtones in Tones library, you can sync ringtones over by connecting your phone to PC, select iPhone under Devices on iTunes left Pane, then go to 'Tones' tab and check SYNC TONES as well as the ringtones. Click the SYNC button on the lower right window.

I tried deleting FireFox and reinstalling it multiple times, and a message pops up sometimes that says FireFox may not have installed correctly, so I follow the steps, but all the extra icons on my desktop don't go away. This has happened every time I have downloaded FireFox. The browser itself works, but I need to know how to get rid of these icons, but still be able to use FireFox. This is on a new computer, with Windows 7.

Managed to solve this myself. Just went to properties > hidden.

Check the information on the song, Right-Click -> Get Info.
In the fist pane, (Summary), you will see the AppleId (Account Name) that was used to buy the song.
Be sure to login to use this account to register this computer to play the song
What I often see, Is that people have many different AppleID, sometime not even knowing it, which is a big problem.

How come in the free category the apps IMovie, pages, and Keynote have a price on them?

It sounds like you are trying to download the free Apple Apps onto your iPod.
I found an article with information about downloading the free Apple Apps:
The first time you launch the App Store in iOS 7 on your qualifying new or factory refurbished iOS device, you will be offered iPhoto, iMovie, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote for free in addition to other free software from Apple. When you tap Download All and sign in with your Apple ID, the apps will download to your device and appear in your store account. If you tap Not Now when you see the offer, you can search for the apps in the store and download them one at a time for free.

I've imported a presentation from PPTX to the latest version of keynote for the ipad. How do I change the size of the presenters notes as they have come out way too small.

You should be able to re-download them for free, either via the Purchased tab at the bottom of the App Store app, or via your computer's iTunes (re-downloading) and then sync them to the iPad - if they don't work then have you got the relevant iOS version on your iPad (Settings > General > About > Version) ? The versions of them in the store require iOS 5.1+

How can I locate my itunes songs. While I was syncing my ipod I accidently erased my songs and contents. Everything was on my eternal hard drive. Now when I click on the songs it can't locate the songs. I checked everywhere.

I have wi fi and recently Firefox downloads videos very slowly and sometimes stops download becuase it can not read files

The only time I have experienced the slow down load was when we exceeded our bandwidth. This problem is different because at times it downloads at around 4oo kb's but then it will seem to hang and will slow down to 40 to 60 kb's. If I pause it then sometimes it begins at the 400 range but then it returns to the lower 60's. Other times it brings up a message that says Firefox was unable to save this file and stops. If I retry it makes no difference.

Save KeyNote 3 presentation as KeyNote 1.1?

I made a presentation in Keynote 3 and gave it to a friend to incorporate in their presentation. Unfortunately, they have Keynote 1.1 and do not want to update. Can I save my presentation in a format compatible with Keynote 1.1? Thanks.

Welcome to the forums, rrshubby.
Unfortunately, KN3 cannot save in a format compatible with KN1. You could export your presentation as a Quicktime movie and have them incorporate that into their presentation, but there is no way to make an editable KN3 presentation that is importable into KN1.
