I made my first video and when I went to save it on a disc I have lost it.

I made my first video for fathers day and went to save it to a disc. Somehow it isn't on the disc and I can no longer find it on my computer. Did I lose it somehow? Any advice would be sooo appreciated!

I'm no Magic - so at least for me - lot's of more info is needed - just to be able to guess what's happened.
Describe step by step - from where came Your material (Video, Photos and Audio) - so that we see what kind of Video-Codecs, file format's You've used.
You know that You are using a NON-Destructive Video editng program.
Meaning:
• That there is NO movie in Your Movie project - only a small text document telling where matetial used is to be found e.g. Audio in CD/DVD-player on an Audio-CD, Video and photos may be stored on external devices.
When they are disconnected - Movie can not be viewed. References leading to no-where.
I do FIRST.
- Collect all my mateial in a Dedicated folder - named as Movie project + DATE
- I only use Video-Codecs, Photo and Audio formats that iMovie can use (so much fewer than QuickTime-player can play back)
- Video-Codec: streamingDV, AIC and HDV
- Photo: Only .jpg - everything converted to this
- Audio: ONLY .aiff 16-bit 48kHz or 44.1kHz (as on Audio-CDs) - NO .mp3, .wma, .wav etc etc - all converted.
Then when all material is where iMovie can find it - I start to build my movie.
PLEASE - Tell much more - What did You do ? How did You create Your DVD ( by using iDVD ? )

There is no accessible storage so that is why it needs to reload. The time it take is dependent on your network. Not sure why it is freezing this time but you may want to try a reboot (hold the menu and down arrow for a few seconds until the light starts flashing and then release)

All of your music should be in itunes on your computer.
Select it to sync and sync.

If those photos were part of the camera roll, they were part of the backup as well and you can restore from the latest backup you made on the old computer. After that transfer the photos to the new PC, follow this article: iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
Then sync again to the new one, which will erase the phone again.
You can also try to copy the backup folder from the old computer to the new one and see if the old backups get recognized, check this article to find the location on your PC:
Create and delete iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch backups in iTunes
If the photos were not taken with the phone, your data is gone, photos you sync from iTunes to the phone are not included in the backup.

Not sure if that same Application is designed for Mac Os x, Search for Applications on App Store instead of iTunes on your Macbook Pro, as Applications available on iTunes Store on a Macbook is designed to work only on iOS Device like iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch and whatever is available on App Store on Mac is designed for Mac Os x.

The default settings mostly likely use an audio sample rate of 32k. This doesn't work probably in FCP. You're probably better off capturing the tape in iMovie.

They apparently did not have Location Service activated when they took the photo. If it is turned off, the photo is not tagged with the info.

To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store you can find it in your Purchases List.

I have just updated my iPhone to iOS7.0.4 and when I connect it to my iTunes it says I have to restore my iPhone?

I updated my phone to the latest software and when I went to check if it had finished updating it asked me to connect to iTunes. I updated iTunes to the newest software too and then connected my phone. My phone stayed on the connect to iTunes screen and then it said I had to restore my iPhone because it was in recovery mode and I can't use my phone at all and I don't really want to restore my phone as I will lose everything as I haven't synced my iPhone for a while so I wont be able to get all data back.

i got corrupted file and it could not do update via iTunes for IOS 7.0.4. I did update directly from my iphone. It got through perfectly; however, ONLY apps that were on the first page could be seen. The rest of the apps was gone. Also, everything such as icon is magnified so big like 1/4 of the iphone 5s screen. omg a scary moment came !
I could not do anything even I tried to shut down by power button. so I had to hold the home button and power button toghether to force it shut down. It did shut down and restore to it normal condition as before. Good luck to all with new IOS 7.0.4 update.

I am using CS6 and when I go to save an image for Web the image does not retain its quality. The first week I did this it worked just fine and now the images save very pixely.

As you can see, the image becomes pixely. I have tried to save it as every type of png and jpeg but nothing seems to work. I have no idea why it has started to do this. Please help!

Change None to Art optimized then click apply(alteast in CS5 there was an apply, believe they removed that in CS6 as so many people missed that part).
