I made my sister an account, but every time i try logging in for her, it says "Your information could not be saved at this time." Help?
It kept saying that I needed to varify my account, so i went to that page. Then i put her birthdate, real and one to make her 13, but it keeps saying the same thing!!!
Anybody got anything? she has itunes cards, but cant use them because of this!!!

I had to create an account for her because she is underage but I can't get past the edit Apple ID details page. I have confirmed the email address and was able to set up some of the services on the iPod but can't finish setting up the account.

As rex already mentioned, Apps and other content are forever tied to the Apple ID that was used to purchase them. No transfers. No combining Apple IDs. Forever means forever.
In practice, this means any apps you currently have - free or paid - will need to be either repurchased using your new Apple ID or downloaded again if free. Until you refresh all of your apps, your iPad will ask for credentials to the old Apple ID any time one of the apps is updated.
Why did you feel it was necessary to create a new Apple ID? -

When downloading Apps from the Apps store will always follow the Apple id login. Please sign in with the apple id in which you used when downloading the apps to enable you to then update listed app.

so im trying to buy logic pro and just recently put enough money in gift cards on my account but every time i click buy app and go to billing info and then click ok it just shoots me to the first screen and did not charge for app how can i buy it ?
This may sound stupid, but I'm gonna throw it out there anyway. Is it possible, that if I have enough junk on my desktop it might disrupt the signal? It seems odd, but it kind of looks like my signal is strong and relatively steady now that I've cleaned my desktop. I do tend to get very cluttered. I use a lot of reference images and save text clippings to use later... it just piles up very quickly.
So, I wonder if all that extra effort my system has to do keeping up with the junk might have something to do with the drop outs? -

to contact iTunes store support, follow these steps:
1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store'
3. select a topic and a subject
4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
5. fill out the form and explain your situation
6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

Hi everyone
I'm a new iPad user (ipad2) and have tried to download a few apps. I already have a iTunes/app store account but often when I try download a app I get a message that says "your request could not be processed"?It could be a problem at the other end, try again tomorrow. Also , try resetting your iPad by holding down the home and sleep/wake button till the Apple logo appears and then let it wake up, maybe that may help.

My daughter and I were both on same Apple ID. We are trying to change hers but when we do, it says her email is already associated with an Apple ID but when we try to get the password, it says that it could not be verified. How do we correct this?

hi everyone i have an iphone 3gs it was running on 4.0.1 and i updated to 6.0.1. then its said i needed to restore my phone to factory settings and i did but now it says; "your phone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable try connecting your iphone to itunes to activate it or try again in a couple of minutes"...if this problem persists contact apple support at apple.com/support.
I've tried all that i can and still no results. Could anyone shed some light on the subject if so it would be greatly appriciated!Ok thank you so much! Although I ended up taking the sim card out of my new Iphone and reinserting it into my old one it finally let me restore it! So thanks once again this really helped!

I've tried to intall ios 7 but on the activation part on the phone i keep getting a message saying 'your iphone could not be activated becayse rge activation server cannot be researched. Try connecting your iphone to itunes to activate, or try again in a few minutes'. However when i plug my phone into the computer itunes has an error message saying 'We could not complete your itunes store request. The network connection was rese. Make sure your network connection is active and try again'. How do I do this? Thanks.
unfortunately no, a million people are attempting to update their phones right now, and thus activate them. Patience will have to suffice.
