I minimize PSE6, but it keeps popping up

I used PSE6 to edit some graphics and inserted (not copy & paste) one of the graphic files into a Word document. I minimized PSE6 to work on the text of the Word file, and PSE keeps sporadically popping up on its own. It just started doing this yesterday, and it's getting annoying to have to keep minimizing it again and again.
I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but a few days ago I finally got rid of the "apdproxy.exe Unable to Locate Component" error popup by deleting the NOKIAManager.mox file; I also disabled the Adobe Photo Downloader.
Does anybody know why PSE keeps restoring itself, and how do I get it to quit doing it? Thank you.

Try:
Settings>Store...tap the ID shown...sign out...now sign back in with your new ID.

Ok....so I have found a work around....if not a complete solution.
I'm not sure if deleting your music, uninstalling ITunes and reinstalling and adding your music back will actually affect it but I tried it again. Started from scratch.
I checked the box for "Manually manage music and videos"
Then I moved my music to phone via drag and drop, usually just boxing a row of albums at a time.
I went back into my Iphone and began the sync. The message popped up, "1 Item could not be synced" and the sync stopped. At that point, I just clicked sync again and it started back up again. It took a few go's but eventually I got all my music on my phone.
Ironically enough, the only songs that wouldn't sync were songs that I had actually purchased from Itunes....kinda odd

In the iCloud pane of System Preferences, uncheck the box marked Mail and check it again.

Top download and install apps you need space available on the iPod equal to about three time the file download size. If you download more than one app at a time you need about three times the total file download size available so it is better if short on storage to purchase one at a time.

Thunderbird installed but folder keeps popping up.

Hi All,
I'm new to the whole iMac and OS X scene so I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out how to remove a folder that keeps popping up when I open Thunderbird.
When I downloaded and installed Thunderbird a folder opened with an icon for TB and a screen showing it being dragged into to the apps folder so I did.
Then I dragged the icon from the apps folder to the dock but now each time I click on the icon in the dock the folder with the image of the TB icon being dragged to the apps folder also opens.
The image also mounts and stays on the desktop until I eject it. I installed Firefox the same way yet I don't have any issues or problems with it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have registered my iPhone multiple times, but registration keeps popping up

Every time I plug my iPhone 4S into iTunes (Windows 7 64bit) it asks me to register my iPhone. I go through the registration, submit it and it is successful. But the next time I plug it in, the registration screen returns and I go through the whole process again. I have probably done this five times now. Anyone else out there experience this?

I am experiencing the same issue with my iPhone 4. I am also on Win7 64x. I have wireless sync setup so everytime I close iTunes it will open back up after a few minutes asking me to register again. I have tried registering multiple times, but it keeps aksing me to do it over and over again.

Newest flash player installed but window keeps popping up saying I need it installed

I have tried over and over again, installing, uninstalling the Newest Edition of Adobe Flash Player. Even though the icon shows up in my programs listing saying its in the computer and that the installation was complete, I still get these small windows showing up stating I need to install the latest flash player when I want to view certain videos. Is it in the computer or not? Help!!

I have a Compaq Presario F700 32 bit computer with Internet Explorer 9 as defaullt browser. I have been having issues getting the flash Player to work....it keeps coming up that I need to download the Flash player when I try to view a video online,like off the weather channel or You tube. It IS in my program list when I open up Programs. sometimes videos come up, other times not. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, uninstalled it again and again, the screen says that it installed successfully but the window still pops up saying I need to install the newest edition. I have been having issues with my computer after updating a PC cleaner ARO2012, but this download is taken out now, Also when I put a recent update on the Weather channel, the computer froze up, otherwise it was doing pretty well yesterday. It seems like I have a problem with updates from companies, I noticed it twice that the computer froze up soon after.
Also I removed recent downloads thinking that was the problem but the issue still remains. I have done everything that Adobe had instructed in regard to trying to fix this. Even my Microsoft Fix it comes up with errors and I cannot run it. I am beginning to think that my computer is just old(over 5 years) and the downloads are being affected by my hard disc drive not working properly. I did a disc check and one time it stated I had a corrupted Disc C. But then on Startup repair it claimed to have deleted or fixed the problem. I get blue and black screens popping up on my computer often, saying that the program had to close to protect the computer. So I don’t know...I did everything possible. when I go onto the Adobe website.....that little screen they ask you if anything shows up on it to determine if Adobe is installed? Well...it shows up completely blank, not even a error message...but yet, the Adobe Flash player is installed in my computer according to my programs list. Ok, Hope I covered everything. S Lind

I delete an email in MacMail, but Outlook keeps popping it back over...

I am an educator and my school system "upgraded" their Exchange Server and subsequently put Outlook on my computer. I configured Mail to pop over from Outlook, but now, I can't delete an email sent to my school email account without opening up Outlook and deleting it....it just keeps reappearing in my inbox.
The problem is not the same on my iPhone or iPad, just on my MacBook Pro. So, I go for several days while the emails pile up, then open up Outlook and delete them one by one when I can't stand it anymore. Also, when Outlook is open, my computer runs at about 1/2 speed...everything slows and bogs down.
Can I just delete Outlook from my computer? Will that solve the problem????

Why do I keep getting a pop up menu asking me for my password in itunes to enable automatic downloads? I turned it off in the itunes preferences several times. iTunes still gives me a pop up message asking for my password. Please help.

Automatic downloads is for when you download something on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad and automatic downloads will download these on your Mac or pc, eliminating the need for syncing. But I have limited bandwidth at home so I do not want this feature. Mine actually stopped bugging me for now, I cruised around the whole community looking for an answer and different things seems to be working for different people. It just seems to be a bug that will hopefully be fixed in an update. For me, I put in my password, even though I didn't want it, made sure it's not set to allow automatic downloads and tested it and it worked. It hasnt bugged me since, but it may come back over time.
