I mistakenly uninstalled firefox after getting a double version of 15.0 on my computer..after redownloading it .. I lost ALL my bookmarks, passwords, tabs. HELP

Like i earlier stated .. after my update of the latest firefox [15.0.1] i found two of thesame versions of it on my program features so i decided to delete one. unluckily for my it cleaned out both and after reinstalling firefox i realised all my TAB folders, bookmarks, passwords and history was gone. this is very fustrating for me because most of the passwords are very important aswell as the links i bookmarked.
Any help whatsoever will be greatly appreciated or a number of a support team i could call for assistance?

For starters i'm taken aback at the fact that there's no live or call support.
All this from a bug that could so easily have been avoided.
Its obvious that i chose remove personal data but i thought it would only remove the older version. And i have read ALL the older posts about this problem .. even downloaded recuva and did a DEEP scan of 5hrs atleast 3 times but each time i recieved the message below 'ran out of memory'

- I clicked cancel after like 3 hours of the deep scan and got a lot of file displays some firefox profiles too. When i did a normal scan of like a minute, some files did display but instead of like excellent most say unrecoverable.
# I REALLY wish there was a step by step on which drives or folders [eg. documents] hold those files to narrow the search. HOW DO I KNOW WHERE TO SEARCH.
# What name files i need to recover and when i recover where to save them?
# How to sync them back with my browser and make a backup
# Lastly is there even hope for my passwords or do i just need to go pay a technical worker to see if he can? :(

When I click on link in a website firefox randomly decide to reload the page after it has already loaded it once. It's really irritating. I tried uninstalling firefox and installing the latest version but it still does it. HELP!!!!

After I updated to 3.6.8 I started noticing on a game I play at UniversalCriminal.com that randomly when I click on a link, firefox will load the appropriate page and as soon as it finishes loading that page it will refresh or reload the same page. It doesn't happen on any particular link it just happens randomly, and not all the time but most of the time. I tried reverting back to an earlier version of firefox but it still happened. I uninstalled firefox and reinstalled the latest version but it still happens. It doesn't do it with IE or Chrome or Opera. What gives? Any ideas anyone?

I see that you ave changed some network.http prefs. 
Doing that can cause all kinds of problems because not all servers like such changes, so you can try to reset those prefs on the about:config page.

Your problem is caused by the Ask Toolbar which you have installed. There are compatibility issues between Ask and Firefox at the moment.
Please do the following to ensure a clean installation. 
#Use Internet Explorer to download Firefox 4.0.1 from this link: [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/?ref=logo Download Firefox 4.0.1] and choose "'''Save'''" when you see the prompt. Then save it to your desktop. ''Do not choose "Run"''.

Clarification:
I believe now you potentially lose all extensions, plug-ins when you use the new reset function, but you will let me know.
If that is the case, your find corrupt file method maybe better. However, I reviewed the two help articles and there appear to be more files than just the delete search.json file and a possible search.sqlite file in the Firefox Profile Folder. I am confused. Then I have to find the folders. I think help articles mentioned how to find the profile containing the files, but not sure.

Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) is an old version of Linux from 2009. You're gonna need to upgrade to a newer operating system to use a more recent version of Firefox.
My advice is to consult with the Ubuntu support forums to find out if your PC can support the latest version of Ubuntu, or if you should switch to a different "flavor" of Linux.

I guess what I have experienced might be a special case of 'Restore previous sessions'. The actual situation was that after I rebooted my laptop, Adobe update jumped out indicating an update being finished successfully. After I clicked on the 'close' button of the Adobe window, it automatically started firefox and linked to its website. But I did not find the 'Restore previous sessions' page this time. Then I restarted firefox, this time there was a start page with 'Restore previous sessions'. However, sadly enough, it is only restored my pinned pages plus the Adobe website. Actually, I am using 'bookmark all tabs' from time to time to secure opened tabs, but this time I did not expect such an incident. I would suggest to improve the 'Restore previous sessions' with multiple time tags and appear in all cases including my reported case here, after updating firefox, crashes etc. I like firefox in most occasions, therefore believe and hope it becomes better and more robust. Thank you very much!

Also you could try the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/session-manager/ Session Manager] add-on which gives more control over how sessions are restored.

I have iMac upgraded to Snow Leopard. 30/7/13 obliged to reboot my computer and when it restarted found I was upgrading to Firefox version 22. Lost all my bookmarks. Understand bookmarks are in profiles/places.sqlite. Upgraded to version 23 on 7th Aug. and repeated attempts to restore bookmarks have failed.

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.

You have a backup of your computer, or at the very least of your iTunes media, correct?
Simply copy your backup of your iTunes media into the iTunes library on your new computer.
Connecting and syncing your device to the new computer without first recovering your iTunes media is a really, really, really bad idea. iDevices are designed to ONLY sync with one computer. When you plug your device into a new computer, it will wipe all media on the device when it syncs. The only media you may be able to salvage and transfer to the new computer would be anything bought directly on the device.
If you do not have a backup of your iTunes media, then you will want to either look at a way (using software from a third party company) to either extract the media from you iDevice or your old computer (assuming the hard drive is not toast).
