I move to another country and I want to change my account setting. But when I try, Itunes says that I have an active Itunes Match subscription. How can I deal with this. I don't want to pay again for space in the cloud.
The telephone network doesn't support Face Time regardless of the country.
There are some countries where FaceTime is not allowed because of local laws.
Where are you? If it's anywhere in the Middle East, you're out of luck.

Nope. You can only have one credit card attached to an account at a time. Its not that big of a deal to use two accounts, users do this all the time. Create the second account(UK Account) in iTunes on your computer...sign out of your Italian account first. Then authorize your computer for this new account: Store>Authorize this computer. Then sync your phone. Now, to switch accounts on your phone: Settings>Store...tap the ID shown...sign out...then sign back in with the ID you want to use.

Report the issue to iTunes. If you cannot find the emails, you can check within iTunes on your computer to find your purchase history to go over what is outstanding.

I Moved from Belgium to Holland and I like to change my account to Holland. I wasn't able to do this because I need to have an Credit card in Holland. I like to change it back but it doesn't function anymore. I also don't have I-Cloud anymore. Besides this my Apple TV also doesn't function.

NetherlandsAll App purchases are tied to your email address, because that is your apple ID. If you cannot access your old email account, you may lose those apps. You can call apple for support and see if they can help you.

What do you mean make folders? Like folders inside an application or accessing system folders? You can't do the latter. -
Had 3G, moved to 3GS. Backed up 3G and restored 3GS from backup with no problem on a Dell computer. Yes, I was aware of this but the phrase "Any items imported from audio CDs or acquired from other sources will not copy from your device to the iTunes library." is what worries me. Will this eliminate my Notes, Calendar Events, etc or will it apply mostly just to the music?
