I moved from MobileMe to iCloud and all my contacts are lost! The only contacts I now have are from my Exchange account. Any help please. I tried "Import from SIM" but as all my contacts were on MobileMe, they're all gone!!

that happens for people who used icloud for everything but contacts. When they updated and went through initial
set up, signing into cloud enabled everything including cloud for contacts. Since they had zero contacts in cloud, cloud cleaned out their contacts, but synced everything else that icloud has, like calendars, reminders etc. If those contacts were never backed up anywhere - they gone. If there is back up in cloud, it needs to be restored.
Contacts sync in the cloud need to be turned off, right after restore.
