I moved my podcasts and image files into a subfolder. The podcasts are working OK, but the image file does not display in iTunes anymore.
The feed is directed through feed burner at http://feeds.feedburner.com/VineyardChurchOfMilan.
The source xml is at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rl89sk4lkrn9930/Zm0Jb6C1Hj/Podcast (MilanVineyardChurch.xml)

I added "/Podcast/" to the image path url in the <itunes:image> tag in the xml file and updated the path to the xml file in feedburner, but I did not add the <itunes:new-feed-url> again. Do I need to do this to force the iTunes scripts to reread the whole file again? I thought that if the iTunes scripts are reading the feedburner file that they would pick up path changes to the image when they read the feedburner file. The location of the feedburner file has not changed. Only the location of the source xml and the image have changed. Feedburner is working right, and shows the image.
You have changed the image URL in the 'image' tag but you have not changed it in the 'itunes:image' tag, and that is what is applicable here.
iTunes is looking for an image at
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/89406141/MilanVineyardChurch.png
and not finding one there. When you have amended the tag with the new URL it will probably take some days before the image appears in the Store.
The new image is apparently at http://dl.dropbox.com/u/89406141/Podcast/MilanVineyardChurch_144.png - this is 144x144 which is inadvisably small for iTunes.
Although your episodes, which have Feedproxy URLs, are appearing OK, iTunes does not get on at all well with Dropbox and you might be advised to consider hosting your image on an ordinary web server. However, it's possible that it will work once you've amended things.

PodCast chapter artwork won't display in iTunes
I recently put together a PodCast walking tour, which had images of the different stops for each chapter. However, these do not display when the PodCast is played through iTunes (when it's retrieved from the feed, or when the file is played outright). I downloaded Firefox and it worked perfectly for awhile. It then dumped me out and my screen showed a blue background with a "critical error" message. It kept dumping me out, so I uninstalled Firefox and tried to re-install. Now it won't even re-install. As the re-install process almost finishes, I get dumped and the same "critical error" screen appears. I assume there is something with Microsoft or Explorer that is sensing what I'm trying to do and stopping me. How can I get Firefox to download again?
I love a good anti-Microsoft story, but this isn't likely to be Redmond Sabotage.
If you got a blue screen, you might be near the end of this computer (dying hardware) or need to reinstall your OS (reinstall Windows). Windows gets "clogged" and needs reinstalled ever six months to a couple years, depending on your use. System restore might help you here.
You might have malware that's trashed critical system files (or just corrupted something which should be removed with a Firefox uninstall but can't), but [http://www.google.com/#q=blue+screen+of+death the blue screen is never a good sign]. System restore may or may not help in that case.
Try installing something else and see if it succeeds. [http://openoffice.org/ Open Office] is a great application suite, though it's a bit large to download. [http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ SpyBot] is only around 17MB IIRC.

I dropped my ipod touch 3 generation into some water. I let it dry off completely befor turning it back on. Now it shows me the itunes logo and the usb cord picture. I restored my ipod, and now it won't connect to itunes or my computer. What should I do?

I tried to restore my ipod touch 2nd generation and now it won't sync to itunes. On the screen is the USB end of the cord and the iTunes logo over it.
I have turned it off and on, held the off button down and the select button down but it still comes up with that picture on the screen. Have I broken it?

MimiIt means the device is in recovery mode. You'll need to reconnect it to iTunes and restore it again.
You may need to connect it in recovery mode manually using the instructions in this Apple support document.

Uhless this program will get the iPod out of recovery mode you will have to restore via iTunes.

Have you looked at the settings in iTunes. Is music syncing manual or automatic. More info please. I would try removing all restrictions as an initial test.

when i 'upgraded' to Mavericks, it locked me out and shut down my computer. now it won't print from my Epson Stylus CX3810. Epson doesn't have the driver to download and neither does the App store. Suggestions?
I'm having similar problems with my Epson Stylus DX5000. There was no in-built driver available (the generic old and new Stylus drivers didn't work), so downloaded the latest driver from Epson site. It shows as being available to print to, but just sends data to the print queue then job disappears.
I hope you're right C F McBlob, I could do with printing today but if there are new drivers available from November 5, then so be it. -

Itunes/quicktime crashes when trying to play video podcasts and 3GP files
Hello all,
I've searched these forums and didn't see anything that might help me, so if know of any solutions posted already, please let me know. I have an HP laptop(AMD Turion 64 X2 2.0 GB processor, 2 GB or RAM) running Windows Vista Home Premium. I used to be able to play 3GP files at one time with Quicktime, but now I cannot. Then, the other day I tried to play a video podcast and it starts to play, then says, "Itunes has stopped working". Quicktime does the same thing with 3GP files. This was before my update to Itunes 8.0. It happpened with Itunes 7.5.11.1 or whatever the last version was. It obviously does the same thing with Itunes 8. I've tried completely uninstalling Itunes and quicktime, then reinstalling them both and I still have the same problem. Just a note: I tried playing the video podcast via Windows Media Playey, and it worked fine, except for no audio(I don't think WMP has AAC support) so I think something is conflicting between Itunes and my computer. Image / file upload error cannot upload image even after setting write permissions
Hi there everyone
I am having this problem when I try to upload a file (image file) to my server
I have a dynamic for working fine , all the other fields insert the information ok then I try to add an image upload behaviour to a file field
When I try to upload the file I get this error
Error:
An error occurred while inserting the records.
File upload error: File upload error. Error creating folder..
File upload error. Internal error.
Developer Details:
tNG_multipleInsert error.
An error occurred while inserting the records. (MINS_ERROR)
File upload error: PHP_UPLOAD_FOLDER_ERROR
File Upload Error. No write permissions in "../../productimages/" folder.
(FILE_UPLOAD_ERROR)
So I login to my server and change the write permissions to 777 and then try again and get the same message
I have closed DW and tried again and still get the same message......
I think I have followed all the steps correctly..... I have done the same type of forms many time and tested them locally on WAMP testing server and all work ok......
So..... Anyone got any ideas

My backend is only for admin, so they are the only ones who can access the
upload pages. My concern is an images folder on the site being 777. Can't
anyone from the outside plant a file in that folder if they just know where

Drag image file from portfolio pdf into image field in reader
I'm new to the Adobe world and this is my first project. I'm not sure if this is even possible, but here's what I'm trying to do...
One document is a PDF portfolio with 200 images (jpg or tif). Each image in the portfolio will have a description. The second document is a PDF form created in LiveCycle. I want to be able to (from Reader with rights enabled) import the image from the portfolio into a field and have that image displayed along with the description all inside the form. At present when I drag n drop I get a new image in PS. I then have to move this to my existing image. I have tried draging to the tab, the layer box, the image, the blank space, using shift,ctrl & alt.
