I need a breakdown of GB capacities please!

I am in the market for my first iPhone. I have been mulling over the 32Gb or the 64Gb, but have no idea which one is the perfect one for me. I don't so a lot of video or picture taking, but i do have a decent music collection and will be downloading a formidable amount of apps. Is there any thread or website that can break it down for me? Thanks for all the help!

what I think :
Most apps don't require much storage capacity for the apps themselves but if an app creates and stores data, you need to consider that.
How many photos do you have stored on your computer and how much storage space is required for the photos on your computer's hard drive?
The same applies to music and video.
In regards to available storage capacity, it is much better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it - especially with the iPad. Whatever storage capacity you choose cannot be changed/increased later on. Get the most you can afford.

After restoring to factory settings/new iPod you will then have to restore from backup
To restore from backup see:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Reset the device by pressing and holding the home and power buttons until the white Apple logo appears (about 15-20 seconds).
If this does not work, plug the device into a wall outlet for atleast 20 minutes and then try a reset.

If you have registered your device, you can go to https://supportprofile.apple.com/ and log into your apple id. Your devices appear there with serial numbers.
Additionally, your serial number is included on the original receipt when purchased at any Apple Online or Apple Retail store, or any Authorized Apple Reseller.

However on trying to attach a document to an email it keeps coming up wth an error stating ''invalid file selected'' each time i tr. Can anyone advice me what i need to do to address this please?

Since your Mac probably came with 10.4, there is no longer a way to get 10.5 Leopard install media. IF it has the requirements, you may be able to upgrade to 10.6 Snow Leopard by buying the boxed install media at the Apple Store for $30.

I wonder if this is to do with the Camera RAW 9.0 update. The timing sounds right.
Check out your Bridge > Preferences > File association for CR2 files
You can reset Bridge Preferences the same way as with Photoshop:
Reset Preferences
Windows — Hold down Shift Ctrl Alt immediately after starting Photoshop
Mac — Hold down Shift Cmd Opt immediately after starting Photoshop
