    I’m sorry to hear that the ink has faded enough on the receipt your partner has to where you can no longer read it.
    Since it was your partner that made the purchase, we are unable to send you a copy of the receipt due to our Privacy Policy found here.  However, it sounds like your partner can still see the Customer Service Pin on it, so they can take that set of numbers to any Best Buy store in the US and the Customer Service desk should be able to re-print the receipt for them.
    Alternatively, they can create a profile on here and contact me directly via private message to request a copy.  They can private message me by logging into the forum and clicking on the button across from my name on this post.
    Hopefully one of these options will work for them!

    Hi there Tessa-
    It’s always a pain when you pull out your receipt and realize that the ink on the paper has faded to where you can’t read it anymore.  I certainly understand why you would want to make sure you have a legible copy.
    You’ve actually got everything you need on your receipt to get a reprint as your Customer Service Pin is still visible.  You can take those four sets of numbers to any Best Buy store and have the Customer Service desk reprint the receipt.
    However, to save you some time, I have also requested that a copy be emailed to you.  It may take up to 24 hours for you to receive that email.

    I have purchased a Google Nexus 7 32GB for $249.99 + accidental coverage for $49.99 from Best Buy in Fullerton CA around October or November. The total including the tax came out to be $322.98.  I need the receipt for it. I actually have the receipt but the numbers have faded and I am not able to read it clearly. From what I can read, thec date of the original purchase was 1?/24/13 18:14. I do not remember if it was 10 or 11... My guess is 10/24/13 because the eight digit number following the date and time is 01024939.

                   There are two things in Copy Version Management.
    1) Copy the master and transaction data from active to simulation version.
    Transaction - /SAPAPO/VERCOP in this you can not copy from Simulation to Active.
    2) Merge the Planning Versions.
    Transaction - /SAPAPO/VERMER in which you can copy the planning area keyfigures from simulation version to Active Version.
