I need a download of Acrobat 9 Standard

I purchased my version of Acrobat 9 Standard preinstalled on my computer. When I did a clean install of Windows 8.1, I lost the ability to use the restore function. I have a proper serial number in my adobe account, but I have no disc for the installation. Please help!

I was pointed to this page where I could download the correct previous version of either Acrobat Standard X, Acrobat Pro X, Acrobat Standard XI or Acrobat Pro XI.

I need to download Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard because my new computer doesn not have cd media. When I put my serial number in, it says it is not valid.

My new computer does not have CD media so I need to download Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard online. I am able to download but when it prompts me for the serial number, it says my number is not valid. I have double and triple checked, the serial number has been entered EXACTLY as it says on the box. What could be causing this?

Adobe acrobat 9 standard you will need to use a computer which does contain an optical drive and copy the contents to a USB drive. You can then install from the USB drive on your computer which does not include an optical drive. Unfortunately if you did not choose download at the time of purchase then I am not aware of any download locations for the installation files.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat X Pro & have an empty disc cover, i cannot locate the disc and need to reload teh software to my PC after a system refresh. I cannot locate the dowload under My Order History or My Download History. Can anyone assist?

The Activation server for AA 7 was taken down. I am not sure this link is complete, but it might give you some idea. However, on WIn7 and newer, AA7 has problems and will only work with some workarounds, and then kind of clunky.

I'm the netadmin at my place of employment and have recently formatted one of my user's PCs. Unfortunately the Adobe 7.0 std. CD I have doesn't work anymore so I need to download an .iso or something of it so that I can install it back on his PC. He desperately needs it for adding markups to drawing files we have in .pdf format. If there is any way that I can download a copy of JUST THE MEDIA I'd be greatly appreciative. I have the CD keys and such as WE HAVE PURCHASED THE SOFTWARE. Just to make it clear that I'm not trying to pirate it.

We have a backup copy in our safe deposit box at the bank. I'll just go by there and get the backup copy out, that will be less time consuming than waiting for media to ship. If they had email support I'd probably try it, but I'm too busy to waste time on hold to talk to someone who probably can't help me anyway.

It is a top-level link, but the link has been purposely hidden off the bottom of every page on their site unless you scroll down. It was certainly a conscious choice to do that. It would be interesting to hear the rationale.
One way to look at it would be: if things were easier to find on the website (weren't purposely hidden for beauty's sake) there would be less calls to support and if there were less calls to support there wouldn't need to be an embargo on Phone and Chat support for everything except basic installation and question related to Creative Cloud, and everything else directed to the forums.
