I am a REaltor looking for a good data base software for my company and my agents that is usable with both the Mac computers and the PC's.

The scheduled dates are calculated from the timings maintained in the routing.
In the configuration for Scheduling parameters for the order type - Adjust scheduling - the dates can be adjusted.

An adaptor doesn't burn out. It merely serves as a means to connect the power prongs on your device to the power supply.
I believe you are thinking of a transformer, which you do not need. A transformer converts one voltage to another.
You don't need to do that as the power supply of modern electronics can take almost any worldwide voltage.
Look at the label on the device. It should indicate the input power acceptable of 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz.
Additionally, I found the adapters cheaper in the UK than I found them in the US. They were available in most supermarket chains. I wasn't in Ireland, so I can't say one way or the other.
If you have something that doesn't have that input power spec, it would require a transformer.
On other items like electric clocks or things with motors, you can connect them up to a transformer and the voltage will be correct, but the frequency may not. For clocks, that will cause them to not keep time well. For motors, they will burn out.

The mouse is controlled by the OS so don't guess any app other than a mouse driver or OS X itself would be able to cause this sort of flicker issue.
Have you seen the following and is it what you are seeing? Maybe you could make a movie (Quicktime is great for this this to make a screen recording) - but not sure how to attach a movie to these discussions as mine is grayed out and can't be selected (to the right of the insert image). I had the same problem. After numerous attemps to Restore from Itunes, I decided to use the "Setup as New Ipad" option. It went through a few question on new setups. Afterwards all my apps, data, photo's were still intact. Which shows that the Restore from Itunes worked. There must be a small bug that prevents the Ipad to open after "Restore from Itunes" . Hope it will help you.

That means it can find the Hard Drive, or can't find the things needed for booting.

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)

Unless it is for reasons of poor eyesight, it isn't necessary to write in all caps.
Depends how much you want to spend. This one is inexpensive and produces decent sound. But it won't necessarily be room filling (that is, depending on the size of your room.) You just hook it up to the headphone jack.

If you updated the old ID at one point to create your current iCloud ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Use View > View Options, and set 'Sort By" to "Manual Order."
Then you will be able to drag-n-drop songs up and down the list.
