I need a hires version of the built-in camera icon for iOS7.
Where can I find icons for use in training of teachers? (especially for built-in apps like the camera, developers of other apps provide them...)
Thanks in advance.

There are several under "ios7 camera icon".  Here's one...

    Hi,
It sounds like you have a special type of form called a "dynamic XFA form".
Currently, Adobe Reader mobile products (Reader for iOS, Android, Windows Phone) do not support dynamic XFA forms that are authored with Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
The message is displayed when a dynamic content is not supported by a PDF viewer.  As far as I know, no PDF viewers on iOS support dynamic XFA forms.
Please use the desktop version of Adobe Reader on a Windows or Mac computer to view and fill out XFA forms.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

  • How do I use the built-in camera or webcam?

I know this may sound very elementary but there was no documentation with my Mac when I bought it new (except a thin flimsy pamphlet with very baic stuff in it) and the help menu comes up with nothing at all when I search for web cam, webcam or isight.
Where do I go to learn about how to use the built-in camera/web cam as a camera and also as a web cam?
    Thank you

There should have been a seventy page booklet in the box with your new iMac.  If yours is the latest version, clicking here will download it if you cannot find the physical copy.  If yours is an older iMac model, you can search for the correct manual from the iNtel iMac Support Page > "Manuals" link.
After that, Mac 101 is a great web-based information source.  If you don't need general help, take a look here for specifics about each application of interest.
VortexBoy wrote: ... and the help menu comes up with nothing at all when I search for web cam, webcam or isight....
If your posted info is correct that you are running Mac OS X (10.7.3), you should be able to get started by using your Mac's Finder > Help menu command.  Searching for "camera" (without quotation marks) on my 10.7.3 Mac returns Mac's Help article entitled "Use your Mac’s built-in camera."  This is the web version of the same help.
Other apps, like QuickTime Player (the Lion QT 10.x version), and iMovie (part of iLife that came with your Mac) can also use your iMac's camera.
iMovie Help or this web page version of the same help will explain how to "Record video directly into iMovie".
Use QTX Player's File > New Movie Recording menu command to record video with it.  You can configure size and quality of the recorded material by using QTX's preferences as shown in this image:

Different apps do not all work the same.  For function-specific help, search Help in separate camera applications; i.e., after you launch Photo Booth, iChat, QTX, iChat, etc., use the individual app's Help menu command to search for more info on the camera or what you want to do.
This article offers great basic tips about how to position, light, and use built-in cameras.  Although its subject shows it was written for iMacs, it is equally applicable to other reader's inbuilt Apple cameras, too.
For more specialized functions than those offered by the camera software already included with your Mac, you can search the Mac App Store for other apps that can use your camera.
For webcam help with iChat, use Apple's iChat Support page if you need more help that that provided in the dialog boxes and iChat > Help on your Mac.
To use your camera with FaceTime, search your Mac's FaceTime > Help or these web versions of the same Help topics that should be available on your Mac.
Skype or other third party webcam apps will offer their own Help menus of varying quality.  In additon to these app Help services, some apps offer comprehensive Support services via their web page.  If you decide to add Skype to your Mac, you can click here to review the excellent Skype Support pages.
If you need to start a new topic for specific questions after you get started, give as much detail about what you want to do and what you may have already tried unsuccessfully.  We will offer specific suggestions based on the details you provide.
    Enjoy your new Mac!

  • Problems with the Built in Camera - Help!

    Dear Comunity,
In my Mac Book, when I turn on the built In camera, I get 4 horizontal red lines in the midle of the screen. i have the standard version of Leopard. Is there something I can do to change this?
Thank you very much for your help

    Hello DUARTE
Drivers for OS X apps are built into Mac OS OS. There are no drivers to reload for use with OS X.
Try all relevant suggestions in How to Troubleshoot iSight.
If you are still getting red lines on your display when you turn the camera on with any app in any user account you try, see your AASP for service.

  • After installing OSX Lion, the built-in camera no longer works.  Solution?

After installing OS X Lion on a late 2010 MacBookPro, the built-in camera no longer works.  Worked beautifully with Snow Leopard.  Reset SMU to no avail.  Any solutions?

Hi, Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate your help with this.
Yes to both questions: iMovie is in the Applications folder, not in any subfolders. And I have reinstalled iMove from the original disc (before and after the OS reinstall) but can only get up to 7.1.4 without buying a later edition of iLife.
The camera definitely worked under Snow Leopard but not since I upgraded from SL to Mountain Lion.
Found the following on this forum:
If you have iLife '09 or older, there have been no iPhoto 8, iMovie 8 or
Garageband 5 (or older) updates relating to Lion or Mountain Lion. The
support and compatibility situations for those versions is unknown as
Apple hasn't said anything. We can only determine compatibility
anecdotally. If it turns out that there is a problem and Apple doesn't
release an update, your only recourse is to buy the latest version of
    the application.
I reinstalled some other iLife apps as well. iDVD went missing after the ML reinstall. When I reinstalled it from the original disc, it wouldn't open and I had to download a manual update to get it working. iWeb previously stopped working after the upgrade to ML (all the menu options were greyed out) but when I reistalled it (together with iMove and iDVD) yesterday, it started working again.
All this seems to point to a compatibilty issue between iLife '08 and ML.

You have 10.6 on that machine, I suggest you stick with it for performance, third party hardware and software reasons as long as possible.
Consider 10.8 (not 10.7) when it's released, because 10.7 and 10.8 will require a new investment in software and newer third party hardware as it requires newer drivers the old machines won't have. (forced upgrade because of software, really nice of them)

Far as your Safari problem do these things until it's resolved:
1: Software Update fully under the Apple menu.
2: Check the status of your plug-ins and update (works for all browsers) also install Firefox and see if your problems continue. You should always have at least two browsers on the machine just in case one fails.

  • How can i change the angle of the built in camera

is there a way to change the angle of the built in camera in iMacs?  I want to use ichat but i have to tilt my screen at almost a 30 degree angle facing upward to have my face in the video feed.  and yes, i've lowered my seat as much as possible.  any lower and I will destroy my wrists typing since it will be at such a low angle.  just for more info, I'm only 5' 8" so I know it's not my height that's an issue.  I know I can put the computer on a stand but that is a bit uncomfortable since I feel like I'm constantly looking up.

At present, it is not possible to change the behavior of a built-in entity extractor. However, if you want to cover casesthat abuilt-in extractor doesn't cover, you can add your own entity extractor.  For example, the "ordinal" built-in
entity extractor covers "first", "second", "3rd", etc.as in "the second one in the list".  If you wanted to also detect "last" as in"the last one in the list", youcould build your own entity
extractor that detects "last", and the check for both your entity and the built-in entity in your app.

  • IMovie no longer recognises the built in camera or my camcorder

I have just tried to record something on iMovie (08) and it doesn't appear to recognise the built in camera.
I have attached my camcorder (Canon FS10) via USB and that isn't being recognised by iMovie either.
I recently upgraded to Lion from Snow Leopard & this is the first time I've tried to use iMovie. Could this be the reason.
The iMac is recognising the camcorder as it appears in the finder when connected.
Can any one tell me why this is happening & how to get either camera working in iMovie?

Is the little green light on?
Open Console in Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when trying one of those Apps.

  • How do I get Firefox for Android to recognize the built in camera on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7plus running 4.0.4?

The new Firefox works great on my Galaxy Pad, but does not recognize the built in camera allowing me to upload videos to the web. I do not have that problem with Dolphin.
When I go to a website that allows me to upload videos and click on record, Firefox states that I do not have a webcam connected. The Galaxy Tab 7Plus has two cameras, one facing each direction. I do not have this problem with other browsers.
    Everything else is exemplary.
    thanks...............biff

The native Android Youtube player does a much better job of handing video playback than embeded flash in a browser.

  • InApp Error on Android: This version of the application is not configured for billing

    Hi,
My App runs on Android. Free publications can download, but when I publish a folio to sell, it appears on the Android device and it gives the message: "This version of the application is not configured for billing"
I used the (long) app license code at the API section and pasted it into the android Public Key aria in the DPS Admin.
Then I logged out and logged in again.
Any Ideas what could be wrong?

On google console check merchant account and see if all the bank and tax information settings are filled correctly.
