I have downloaded JDeveloper trial version - both in batch
format and using the whole .zip file NEITHER of them work with
the WinZip utility! I get an error message indicating that
the .zip file is not a proper archive file. I run the batch
option and it says that 13180360 bytes are missing. I
downloaded EVERYTHING and ran the .bat file as instructed.
Also, after calling ORACLE about the problem, they said that
there was nothing that could be done and that it was not
their problem.
Needless to say, I am somewhat disgusted!

Hey Dennis and Yvan. Thanks for the replies. I guess 3 out of 3 means its the correct thing to do thanks a whole bunch. That's what I'll do then. Yah, sometimes those tech support guys are so scripted. But still, they say the wrong things.

Help! Need to cancel free trial but can't find it!

Hi, I downloaded the free trial of PSE 7 a few weeks ago. It worked for one day and then said my trial had ended. I assumed I just did it wrong so I deleted it from my computer and really forgot about it. I ended up receiving PSE as a gift that same week. Anyway, I just got an email saying my trial was fixing to end, but when I tried to cancel it it says I never downloaded anything from Adobe. I am afriad it is going to charge my account anyway, which I cannot afford!! Does anyone know what I could do? Thanks SO much!

They won't charge your account that way. At least not until they jump on the subscription bandwagon that seems to be the current trend. I HOPE NOT!!!
Anyway, if I am correctly understanding you, just ignore that email. I got one that was even stranger since I have never downloaded any CS4 product - trial or not.

Is a single month student subscription an option, or using another computer?
The failure to download is owing to the facts that you can only have a trial once, and the Adobe system is based on identifying through the computer.

YOu need to sign out of the PC thru the CC manager and then sign in on the Mac.

I had a year long CC membership that expired at the beginning of the October.

I have Lr4 which does not open my raw file from a D4s (on loan). So I thought, its about time that I subscribe to Lr5 and CS6 via CC. Adobe is checking my educational credential.
Meanwhile, an idea came to me about a freetrial whilst I wait for them to check me out! Secondly, can you convert these files to DNG in Lr4. I tried but does not work for me.

Trial plans do not need to be cancelled.
I've made a change to your current Adobe ID with USA as the country so please go ahead and create a new Adobe ID with the correct country using the same email address.
You'll then be able to sign up for a paid membership.

Do I need to uninstall CS6 free trial before loading purchased CS6?

My CS6 free trial expired, and I've since purchased the Student version of CS6. Do I need to uninstall the free trial FIRST before loading
the one I purchased?
I'm not sure if it can over-write the trial version because although it's CS6 - it's the Student licensed version.

As for the creative cloud version - no, I opted not to get that. I hope I don't live to regret it,
