I need a new password for my i phone in order to use i tunes. the i tune user name is my late husband's user name. I don't have his right password. I can't upload any apps without i tunes.

The user name for my itunes is my late husband's user name, but I don't know his password. The one I thought it was doesn't work. I would like a new user name and password of my own for i tunes. Can you help me?

The HT5312 page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset (these are user-to-user forums).

Any reason why you have not updated to OS X 10.6.8? If you did, you could then run iTunes 11.0.1.

it should deduct any money for updating applications as you had already bought them.. id try changing the credit card to a different one. even if there is no money on it... i think it has to have at least 1 cent, or you could change your credit card status thing on there to "none" and all the credit card stuff goes away.

My i phone 4 seems to have less storage recently, i can not record any radio programmes on tune in radio.

my i phone 4 is recently suggesting i have used up memory. this has never happened before. App Tune in radio wont let me record any programmes. i also had trouble taking some video. i have cleared a load of photographs and deleted a number of Apps but the Tune in radioi still tells me there is not enough disc space. i think i have managed to turn off all the i cloud settings

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

I can't update (to 3.6.14) because Firefox has decided I don't have admin rights...but I do!

I am using my personal Macbook and I have the administrator rights on this computer. I can't update because Firefox tells me I don;t have administrator rights when I do. It advised me to download Firefox 3.6 and install. I decided to try and downloaded the dmg. But it won't install because Firefox still thinks I don;t have admin rights. I have used Firefox for years so the problem is not because I don't know what I'm doing. I also updated my friend's Mac without a problem.
At this rate I'll have to g back to Safari, which I haven't used for years!!
