Receipts are sent to your email address. It sometimes takes a couple of days to arrive, so if you just made an order, wait a couple of days and the receipt will probably show up. Otherwise the only option is the Purchase History as described in the support article from which you came, and there's no print mechanism so you would need to take a screen shot of the relevant page.

You haven't made any in-app purchases or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ? Generaly, if you have an iTunes card and a valid credit card, you have the option of charging your purchases to eiher one or the other? By default, it goes to your iTunes card, but you can override that.

You cannot use that ID without a credit card. You did not create your account correctly. There is very specific way in which you must create your account if you do not want to use a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, you will have to start all over again.
1. You will have to sign out of that ID before you can create a new one. Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>Sign out.
2. You cannot use the email address that you used for the first ID that you created. You will need to use another email address now
3. You have to download a free app in order to start the new Apple ID process.

Hi Sameer,
You need to maintain the payment menthod for Incoming payments in FBZP. You need to set up payment methods per country and per company code.Assign these payment methods to the customer master data as required.
Execute F110. If you have the document numbers against which the payment has been received, you can mention them in the Free selection tab of F110.
Payemnt receipt/Clearing documents will be generated automatically.

i am trying to pay for an annual plan with an israeli credit card and the only option for payment with a credit card is one from the US.

You normally need to provide some sort of payment method (in part as proof of residence in the country) before you can get even the free apps. It is possible to set up a new iTunes Store account just for free apps, but you have to create a new Apple ID; you cannot use an existing one. If you want to do that, take a look here:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note again that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free content without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

The password is good for 15 minutes to make purchases. You should receive a receipt in 24 to 48 hours for the purchases. There is a link to Report an issue. You could use that to start a conversation with iTunes Support about a refund.
Apple considers all sales final. But has been known to offer a one time refund. So the question is, do you want to use your one time refund on this purchase or one more expensive in the future?
