I need a refund on my itunes song
I purchases a song on my itunes app on my iphone 4s. The song was charged to a credit card I do not use and I never authorized it to be charged to that card. I wanted the song charged to my itunes card, both of the songs I purchased. I would like those songs refunded or charged to my itunes card.

If you just wish to view the videos the free VLC player can play them back. -
I need a copy of recent iTune song order.
I was emailed a receipt of purchase but that has been deleted and I need a copy of sales for reimbursement at work.
How can I get a copy? Can I get another receipt emailed to me? Why can't I talk to an iTunes team member instead of discuss
my situation with the community? You can contact itunes support if you like:

I know this sounds stupid but while having a browse on itunes I accidently bought 2 albums with out know? I dont use itunes a lot to buy music and it was a complete mistake! How would I go about returning this and getting a refund?
The official answer is that all purchases are final (since you can hardly return them, it's not like a physical purchase).
That said, you could try contacting Support and asking; they hve been known to refund mistakes as a one-off concessions, but please be aware that they are under no obligation to do this.
Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'All Products and Services' in the first column, 'iTunes' in the second column and then 'iTunes Store' in the third column. -

I need to uninstall and reinstall iTunes (it won't let me update). I have IE 8 on Windows XP, and iTunes 10 something. In my Program files list I see iTunes and iTunes (2) and even iPod and iPod (2) where a tech had to back up and do this for me before. I'm just trying to fix it all. I keep getting the "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'iTunes.msi' in the box below." I can even run a search and find the folder, but it gives me the same error message. I was planning on using the Microsoft Fix-It tool to help uninstall then Reinstall iTunes. But I need to backup my library. So, how do I copy or back up my iTunes library of over 1,500 songs? Can I copy the folder to desktop or can I use a Flash Drive to backup my music? I don't want to do anything until I know for sure how I can backup my songs, and then reinstall them into iTunes. Thanks for any help.
Ok, thanks that helps. I don't have an external hard drive though. What about backing up through 'the cloud'? I'm just wondering since my husband syncs his iPod to the PC through iTunes and he's worried that he will lose all the songs on his iPod if the library is lost from iTunes and he tries to 'sync' it up again. I'm not exactly sure how to 'copy the entire iTunes folder' either. I kinda suck at this unless I have step by step instructions, which I haven't found yet on iTunes help or other sources.
The only way I know how to back anything up is by going back to a restore point, etc. (as stated before, we don't have an external hard drive.)
Thanks for the info. -
I just got an iPod 4th generation and Im trying to sync my iTunes songs and books from my dell laptop on to my iPod but it says I need iTunes 10.6.3. So I tryed to download it on the apple website but it keeps saying that there is an error. I have already tryed uninstalling all Apple Inc. programs on my laptop then trying to install iTunes again but that has had no success what so ever. I have started to get very frusterated with this . Hopefully someone can help. I would really appreciate it. Any suggestion?

Try:
- Another cable
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Hi valierie,
To Authorize your Windows laptop:
1. Open iTunes and sign on with your Apple/iTunes ID
2. Press CTL+B to display the top menu
3. Click on Store in that Menu
4. In the dropdown, you should see "Authorize This Computer"
5. Click on that to authorize the computer to your iTunes ID

About to back up iTunes to XHD. Have old version 10.6.3. Have been afraid to update with 40GB of music. Been digitizing vinyl. In this version, playlists export as m3u, which needs to be converted to MP3-Song by song??? Goal is to also be able to burn MP3 to flash drive and to XHD as usable data.
Help?? What do I do first? Could export as m3u-then figure it out later? Or will this data be unreadable junk in a new version of iTunes?
Does new version 11.whatever., have a provision to make all into MP3? Obviously past applecare contract.
Been looking at forums-not clear what to do.
Is there a simple way to convert/export m3u as MP3 in the newest version of iTunes? Am I asking the right questions???Hi printmistress888,

How do I notify Apple that I need a Refund of the $100.00 that I paid for fifty gigs of iCloud storage that I can't use because I thought I would be able to put my music library on it and found out I can't? Only iTunes purchases are capable of use in iCloud presently.

Delete the song from library including file. Then go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Select Music tab to re-download again for free.
