open the samples in the dashboard which come with source data as excel.or search on google you will get the dashboard files with sample excel data.or try to create own sample data and use in dashboard for learning.

PL/SQL I need to find the data for practice

Please don't laugh at my question, since it is sort of nieve question. I had bought a call Oracle database 10g pl/sql programming so that I can practice on my laptop by installing the express edition.
I installed oracle express edition and hard coded as per book, but I don't have the data file where the sql or pl/sql command will pull as per its commands.
I looked the book here and there and the publisher's website. What I find they have codes in the website whic I can download or copy from the book or write on my own,

What data r u taking about? Is it data from Employees,Department ... tables or data from any other table? If it is the first one - and if u installed Oracle in your labtop. Then u may find there is another scheama called HR which is generally locked. U have to unlock that account and then u can proceed with ur query which will give the exact data that u r looking for. Hope that will help.

Collecting samples of data for analysis

I’m afraid I am quite new to labview so excuse the simple line of questioning. I am receiving values from a plc and I am looking to collect two different samples of data for analysis:
I would like to collect 40 values and once collected, rotate the sample so the oldest value is replaced by the new one, but maintaining an array of 40 values. This is to calculate the rolling average of the latest 40 values for the duration of the while loop.
Secondly, I would like calculate the average of all values collected for the duration of the while loop. This means the sample will keep growing for the duration of the while loop and I will need an array of increasing size to be analysed.
I know the array functions can do this, however I am unable to figure out how. Any assistance or examples to help achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a quick (and dirty) way. I know that there are more elegant ways, can't look at them at the moment, but this may give you ideas.

You just need to install Traditional DAQ language support for Visual Basic, and you'll get the header files. I've attached it below for your convenience. (had to rename it to a txt file to be able to attach it here).

Scenarios bundle and sample excel files for customer for SAP MDM

Hi:
In SAP MDM we have the business content which has the archive of the models like customer etc. We also get scenarios bundle with some sample data for customer to load into the above model.
I have the archive but not teh excel files/Scenarios bundle for customer. So I am not sure where can i download it from on SAP network. I could not locate them in the dump of software and not sure if it is not downloaded.

Apart from this, I was not able to find sample data for Customer Master, however, I have got sample repositories for Business Partner and Product Repositories.

Take a look at java.util.Calendar. It has all the methods you need to make your own class for this.

Import excel data for labview control

I'm having some trouble importing excel data into labview. Goals: Input valve flow rates into excel, use those values to control DAQ, have user balance odor with excel defined flow rate, export balance data to excel. Here is what I have so far. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Where in the code are you reading from the Excel Spreadsheet? What VIs are you using? What are the problems are you experiencing (errors, unexpected values, etc.)?
There is a Read From Spreadsheet File.vi in LabVIEW. LabVIEW uses ActiveX controls for .xlsx files, so saving the spreadsheet as a CSV file may be better for this VI. Try it out! See what happens.

You will find the scott schema in %ORACLE_HOME%\sqlplus\demo\demobld.sql
The HR schema, which tends to be the one used in the documentation samples, will be in the %ORACLE_HOME%\demo\schema\human_resources directory. You will find several other sample schemas in the parent directory.
Of course, this may beof little use if you do not have access to the directories. If you cannot find these scripts you should take this up with your DBA.

With iMovie 08 opened, select the "Video Tutorials" Help menu option. This will open the iMovie '08 Tutorial web page. Select a video to watch. If you must download a tutorial and have QT Pro, simply "Control-Click" the display area to open the context menu while the tutorial you want is playing. Help needed in Loading excel data to staging table from OAF Page

We have a requirement from the client on loading of a excel sheet data into staging table using OAF page.
We were able to load a CSV file into staging table via OAF. The approach we used is we created a item of style 'messageFileUpload', which would pick the CSV file from desktop and we wrote the logic on the controller to place the file into server and then sumit a concurrent program to load the data into the staging table.
But client wants data from the excel file to be loaded into staging table. Is there any way(approach) by which we can convert the excel file data into .CSV file using OAF?
Any help or pointers on this will be highly apperciated.

Need to Create a Date for Use in Filter

I need to set a filter to the effect of Modified Date >= [CURRENT_YEAR] || '02-01' and can't seem to get the filter right to allow me to concat/insert the year to the '02-01' to just get MM/DD/YYYY = 02/01/[Current Year]. It keeps throwing SQL errors.
Here is the text I used to get the string but I can't seem to get this into an actual date format. I've tried doing CAST as DATE and doing a DATE 'YYYY-MM-DD' format as well.
CAST(VALUEOF(NQ_SESSION.CURRENT_YEAR) AS CHAR)) || '-02-01'

Ok. I finally found something that will work no matter what month we are talking about. The goal was to find the first day of the prior month so I always look for the two months activities.
So if current date is 06/08/2010 then I wanted all activities >= 05/01/2010. If the date were 01/12/2010 then I would want 12/01/2010 as my date to filter etc. It is the rollover that messes up most of the date logic when using date parts as filters.
Here is what I came up with and it works great. You basically subtract a month from today's date and then subtract the number of days (minus one) to get back the first of the prior month.
TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_DAY,
((DAY(TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_MONTH,-1,VALUEOF(NQ_SESSION.CURRENT_DT))) -1) * -1)

Need: report showing modification dates for all files in WA

We're having struggles in our first major product release of BC4J components on OC4j
using OSCM for version control.
Mood and release processes are getting more and more extreme as a result of not
being able to easily manage our release configurations (CM).
We're desparately in need of a report that shows:
- what files have been modified VS a configuration name.
- What files have been modified since I refreshed my WA
In both we need to be able to print the list.
Any sql scripts to share or cmd line script would greatly be appreciated!

use of the -fs<myfile> exports this to a printable file too.
Work in progress:
- Compare a cfg{N.M} to what's in a pwa or what would be in a pwa if refreshed?
Experiments here haven't yeilded good results:
CLI: set workarea myReleaseWA
CLI: compare -rpmyCfg{1.0} -rpFolderInWA{MAIN;LATEST}
Some how the directory walking is comparing apples VS oranges and all paths are different.
- What files have been checked into a branch and I would get if I refreshed my PWA?
Your SQL above doesn't exactly do this from my experiments.
The c.spec_entry is null filters on currently checked out files.
Config. Management may (usually) doesn't care about checked out files, just new checkins that
a new release would get from a download latest.
The best I've been able to hack are:
CLI: set workarea my_release_pwa
CLI: dir -s-nh-u-pth
Since dir doesn't support -fs<myfile> or >myfile one needs to cut and past and save to a file
or use CLI in one shot mode.
This allows for greping/searching on current month and looking for files newer than the last release date.
Another SQL based solution that orders the above same info from dir (I'm guessing?) is:
