I need a Schematic

In GoLive, I have wonderful Site-overview toos which allow me to see the links on an entire multi-page Site as whip-lash connected Schematics. I find this tool essential for checking Links in the rather complex sites I need to work with.
DW appears to offer nothing comparable to GoLive's excellent site-management tools so can anyone please suggest some alternative software from another source which can provide a similar function to the site-management tools in GoLive?
I currently have to keep an older Mac (running in OSX 4 so that I can use GoLive)  but I would very much like to find software for this task which can run on my new machines in Yosemite (OSX10.10.2).

For what it's worth, DW is nothing like GL and vice versa.   A long time ago, DW had a Site Map (tree) but almost nobody used it so they took it out.
If you wish to have your idea considered, post it in the Ideas Section of this Forum.  It's under Actions > New Idea.  If enough people vote for your suggestion, the team may add it to their development road map.
In the meantime, look at your Assets panel to see URLs, and Images.  Also there is a Link Checker which you'll find under Window > Results > Link Checker.

  • Schematic needed: 1905-S301 laptop

My 1905-S301 was in a lightning strike.  The power supply died and was replaced.  After replacement the laptop appeared to be okay.  The battery charges fine and the unit appears to work correctly. I upgraded the hard drive afterward as I'd intended to do so anyway.  While surfing the net on a wired connection (downloading drivers, et cetera) I noticed that downloads were taking longer than they should, and even hanging up.  I noticed that the power supply seemed warmer than it should have been, so I figured I'd disconnect it.  When I did the download sped up.  Plugged the power back in, and the download slowed back down again.
I have the "maintenance" manual for the unit and tore the unit down to the system board (a BTR20  LA1391, rev. 1A).  I inspected the board under a high-powered magnifier and saw no obvious signs of failure (cracked components, burned traces, and so on).  I'm guessing there is a component in the ethernet circuit that is bad, and want to attempt a repair.  Because of cost and the unit's actual value nowadays, the laptop will not be taken in to a service center for repair--I am capable of performing the repair myself.  But, I need a schematic for this unit and the maintenance manual doesn't include one.
How can a get a circuit schematic for this unit?

  • How is that ,the concept of grounding is ignored in labview

how is that ,the concept of grounding is ignored in labview

In LabVIEW, you use icons, wire-like connectors and diagrams to write software code. Although it may look like an electric circuit, it is not. It is a graphical programming language, like C++ is a text-based programming language.
Ground is used on electrical circuit design as the reference from which all the voltages should be measured. You need a schematic capture software to simulate electrical circuit on your computer.

  • USB6211 produces noise in parallel scope traces

    Dear all,
I have a question for the community, hope you can help me.
    The system:
    laptop, Win7, LV2013, USB6211
    -2 analog inputs:
    one from a detector (DC)
one from a signal generator (triangular, 0-10V)
    acq. rate. 80kS/s per channel
    acquisition: differential
    Scope properties: 500 MS/s total, 250MS/s/channel
    scope is grounded.
When I connect the DAQ card, turn on the signal generator and look on the scope at the signal that I am also sending in the DAQ card, it looks like picture 1. However, as soon as I start the acquisition, my scope trace starts to look like picture 2. Although I don't see this big ripple in the labview program, I am wondering what it is? Is it being generated by the DAQcard?
Secondly, when I don't plug in my laptop (so run it on battery), the triangle wave acquisition, after some time, starts to look like figure 3. With a cut of top. What is going there?
I am assuming some grounding issue, but couldn't really find a solution, so if you have any, please let me know!
    Regards,
    Maarten.

    Maarten,
That is interesting.  I suspect that you are right that the DAQ card is causing the ripple, at least in part.
What kind of a detector is it? What is the output impedance of the detector? How is the detector grounded? When you are using the scpoe, your detector signal is essentially single ended, so what is the advantage of using a differential connection to the DAQ device?
The triangle wave peak distortion issue is likely due to the common mode input voltage being exceeded.
Even though the laptop is not grounded through its power supply, the DAQ ground does connect to it through the USB port.
You probably have a ground loop or other common coupling which produces the artifacts you are seeing. Try drawing a complete schematic of your system at the block diagram level. That is, you do not need the schematic of all the internal circuits, but show every connection between modules and devices. This includes the laptop, USB device, detector (and what it is connected to), scope, signal generator, and any other devices. Show all power supply, ground, and signal connections. Somewhere on that diagram will likely be the source of your problem.

  • Battery replacement/Direct Charging?

Ok,  so I've run out of options to recharge my PB externally
The patient is on the table and his heart is in my hand....
**bleep**... MY Playbook doesn't look the same inside as the ones posted by Knottyrope and others
Anyone with any information about where the best points are to attach an external charging source to
    the battery directly?
I've looked at the teardown info at iFixit but those are early models that are much better made (like Knottyrope's)
I need a schematic of some sort to ID the key landmarks in a later model (2012) Playbook 16gig
please help, the patient (and the doctor) are fading fast

I think this normal operation. I just got mine the 26th and it acts the same way. I have had a iBook 12" G4 for 2 years and it also acts this way. The battery is intelligent and does not recharging until it gets below about 94%. If you get to the 94% (approx) it will charge to 100% and stay there until you let it discharge. My build date is only about a week ago... amazing! Mine is setting at 99% now.
Wait and see. Don't do anything for a while.
    Es bueno!

  • I need a wiring schematic for a HP m7760n vista computer

HP m7760n  Vista 32-bit  I'm replacing a power supply to this computer. Repair was already in progress. I need a wiring schematic to re-attach elect connectors.

    skipper6552,
I know you said install the PSU, but you need to know how it was supposed to be removed first.
The basic PSU configuration and necessary wiring to remove the existing PSU only needed certain plugs removed. See this  look here to see a list of all internal connectors for that motherboard.
The only plugs that should have been pulled are the:
    One 24-pin ATX power connector
    One 4-pin ATX power connector
Two SATA power connectors, hard drive and DVD drive
One floppy drive connector, if connected to the power tab on the card reader.
    What these plugs look like
Please tell me what else has been pulled. What wiring is dangling loose. How many pins, etc.

  • Satellite U200-10H - Need schematic for sound card

Need schematic soundcard for Satellite U200-10H.
Microfone power no work, there was a short circuit or an electrostatics.

    Hi
I think you will not find a schematic for the sound card or your notebook. I never saw such technical manuals on the Toshiba website and I think they are not for public and only for the authorized service providers.
If you have a hardware issue you should contact the nearest ASP:
http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com => Support & Downloads => Find an authorized service provider
I have only good experience with my ASP. The technicians are very friendly and do the work as fast as possible. :)

  • Need ac distribution schematic for PXI-1045 chassis

I have a PXI-1045 chassis that the "power on" button doesn't work properly on.  The chassis is on all the time.  The only way to turn it off and on is to unplug the AC cord or plug it in.  I have dis-assembled the chassis and checked/replaced the power switch and the problem remains.  I am looking for an AC distribution schematic so that I can further troubleshoot this chassis.
Any ideas on where I can find this?

    Hi boog,
Being that your chassis stays on, have you tested your PXI-1045 chassis with the Remote Voltage Monitoring and Control Connector? You should be able to power off the chassis by connecting the Inhibit pin (pin 5) to a Logic Ground pin such as pin 1 or 9. The Inhibit Connector is discussed on page 2-9 of the NI PXI-1045 User Manual.
You may also want to consider sending your chassis in for repair.  The KnowledgeBase, here, shows the process for sending your NI device in for repair.

  • REQ: Powerbook G4 Mercury Power socket Schematic needed or similar!

    Hi,
My Power socket became damaged due to the end pin breaking off from the power plug into the socket. I successfully removed the broke off pin and soldered a standard 2.5" stereo plug onto the Power supply but the socket was never the same as the internal sprung pins became bent and damaged.
I have desoldered the power socket and took it apart successfully but i can see it will never be able to be fixed properly, so i need to replace it or substitute it for another type of socket.
One thing, i cant work out what pin on the power lead went to what connector within the socket as the socket is so damaged and wont buzz through properly with a meter so im stuck as to what positive or negative power went to where on the logic board.
Looking from the back of the socket i have the outer shell (the side lights i think?) then 3 pins from left to right. 1 i know isnt used? and the others +24V and negative.
    Please Help!
    Cheers in advance!

Hi, fznuk, and welcome to Apple Dscussions. Apple does not publish schematics, because even Apple's own service technicians have no use for them: component-level repairs are not cost-effectve and are never done. Schematics just aren't available, period.

  • I need to create a revision history block for my schematic drawings

I have tried to use the Title Block Editor to make a revision history list block, but I can't get away from the structure of the title block with its forced field types, etc.
Is there a way to create a revision history block? Thanks much, Tod
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hi Tod,
Right-click your title block and select Edit Symbol/Title Block to open the Title Block Editor. Here is a screenshot for reference:
Let's start by drawing the borders. The blue circle indicates the Resize Boundary Box. Click here to change the size of the area where you want to draw the title block.
Now place the headers (green circle): click the Place Text icon on the toolbar and type REV1, etc.
Finally place the custom fields (red circle), this is the info that you can edit when you double-click the Title Block. To enter these fields select Fields>>Custom Field 1, 2, etc.
Close the Title Block Editor, double-click the Title Block and enter the information to your custom fields.
I also attached the title block that I created.
    I hope this helps.

  • I need help on this schematic

I am having trouble trying to figure out this design that is being used for a simple indication that a weight is being applied to a peice of equipment. the actual pcb that I have to go off of does not give a good view of where or how it is wired.  I can tell you the components that are being used however, which are
    2N3906 transistor (2),  TIP122 NPN Epitaxial Darlington Transistor, LM358AN Dual Operational Amplifier(2),
HEF4013B dual D-type flip-flop, several BC 104 type capacitors, several resistors.  All of this is supposed to read when a load is applied to a set of holders.  The use of a plunger type material is what is sending the feedback signal however, I don't understand the use of the shift register, counter, or whatever the flip-flop is being used for so all I know is that when the plungers are depressed the two led's on the pcb will go out according to which plunger activates. I somewhat pieced together an ideal circuit that works this way but with the use of a switch as one of the plungers, however, I get an error after it runs for a while.  dont know what is causing that yet and cant figure out why a diode is being used in the plunger along with a transistor.  I am attaching the circuit that I built using Multisim.  Thanks

  • Need help in migration of database from 8i to 10g

    Hi,
I have to upgrade the database of our application form 8.1.6 to 10g release2 version.
I am new in this job.
Can anyoneone give the guideline that in which part i have to taken care of specially.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
here i have one more idea:
if you only want a dump for the Structure, use the "CONTENT=METADATA_ONLY" in expdp.
In this case, you will not have data, but only the Datastructures (Users, tablespaces, tables etc.)
You can control, what is transferred by doing an impdp with the parameter "SQLFILE=filename.sql".
In this file you will find all statements; p.ex "create user User5 identified by values '44U7369872587307';"
after Importing this (without sqlfile=) in your new instance, you can later import from a full dump only the needed schemata
    # impdp ... .... SCHEMAS=HR,U555 ..... TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION=REPLACE
To import tehe schemata online in your new instance, you need a databaselink p.ex OLD_DB (user system).
in impdp you can use the parameter NETWORK_LINK=OLD_DB instead of DUMPFILE=
    -much success-
