I need a tutor! Earn some $ while helping me get out of FB4 hell.
I'm following along the detailed examples for weeks. They work. I try to morph what the examples taught me into a real project... not working.
I'm not understanding some of the mose basic concepts of data services, value objects, variable life span and scope, and function scope.
I suspect that in about an hour, using remote session, you'd be able to correct my situation and point out my mistakes and get me on my way.
I'm using FlashBuilder 4 beta 2 with a ColdFusion back end. My troubles are all surrounding Data Management, Data Types, Service Calles, Data Service, and modal form(s). (All things I clearly understood and would mold like putty in my previous programming environment) FB4 has all similar concepts but how the syntax should be used and how the concepts connect together... trouble.

Got into some diagnostic mode... need help to get out!
while plugging in my 30gig video ipod to a travel charger i bought at the mac store the other day...i must've pressed the menu button or somthing while actually plugging it in and it went directly into this diagnostic mode and i couldnt get out of it, i cant turn it off, i cant do anything...i dont know what to do and im going on vacation tomarrow and i need this working for the plane ride...im really frustrated.

Could anyone help me getting out of the safe mode?
Hello I am Vanessa and I do not know why the safe mode is turned on when I tried to screen capture a photo... I do not know if the following incident was related to the issue... I used my phone when my hands were a little bit wet this afternoon and nothing had happened at first. Then, the lower volume button was acting a bit strange. I do not know if this is related to the safe mode issue. Please help or at least tell me ways to get out of the mode first... Thank you very much. It seems that the volume down button is short(same to be pressed) by the water in the "accident". Thus, the phone will go to safe mode when you turn on and you found that the volume down action seems to be strange. You just need to wait the water disappear(it may take very long time, maybe several days or some weeks later) or using the hair dryer to blow on the volume down button to get rid of the water. However, you need to take extra care to do so since the hot air may damage the other parts(screen, the shielding of the case, etc.) on your phone easily.

I am writting to ask for help with my old version MacBook Pro early 2008 with Kernel Panic 9C2028 10.5.2 Darwin 9.2.1. My MacBook Pro freezes up with a panic and have to shut it down by pressing and holding the power button. When I restard the comp it keep showing the same Kernel Panic. Yes, it has to be formatted as HFS Extended (Journaled). You can do this in Disk Utility.

I've just installed an apple security update released today I think. On restart it is stuck on the grey apple page. How do I recover from this? Do I gave to wait for battery to run flat? Don't want to press and hold power button in case cause damage.

If you don't have your install disks you can get the 10.4 gray disks by calling AppleCare. 1-800-APL-CARE (1-800-275-2273) They can send them to you for about $16 per disk plus S & H. Just give them your serial number and they'll know which ones you need.
Or if you don't have any files you want to recover from your hard drive you can get Snow Leopard for $29 if you have at least 1gb of RAM and a working DVD drive. http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573Z/A?mco=MTY3ODQ5OTY You would then erase and reformat your hard drive and install Snow Leopard. You won't need the box set unless you want the latest iLife and iWork. If you only want iPhoto or other single apps you can get them from the App Store in 10.6.6. iPhoto, iMovie and Garage Band for $15 each and Pages, Keynote and Numbers for $20 each. -

It would help to have more details about when your phone loses wi-fi or bluetooth.
When an iPhone locks itself it turns Wi-fi off. I haven't had any problems with bluetooth turning off.
You might try restarting the phone. Double tap the home button to open the multitasking drawer, tap and hold on any icon in the drawer until the icons start to jiggle, tap the X that appears on the upper corner of each icon to shut them all down. Press the Home button to close the drawer. Then hold the sleep/wake button down and wait for the Slide to Power Off slider appears. Slide it and wait for the phone to shut down. Wait a few seconds and then press and hold the sleep/wake button again until the Apple logo appears and the phone restarts.
You can also reset your network settings, go to Settings => General => Reset Network Settings. You will have to reconnect and enter passwords for any wi-fi networks that you normally connect to after you do this.

I am trying to restore an older iPod Touch, but do not have the passcode. I am getting an error message saying that I need to free up some space, but I cannot because I don't have the passcode and have never synced this device to my account. Help..
If it is asking for the screen-lock passcode then:
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

Some urgent help needed with MobileMe suddenly saying my password is wrong

First of all I want to say sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I needed some urgent help and I couldn't find a forum other than this that might relate to this issue.
The issue that I am having is with my MobileMe Account. I was on my Mac, when when my MobileMe Account suddenly dropped its connection and told me that I had entered the wrong username or password (I know I hadn't) I tried to re-enter them but every time I try I just get a message that says I have entered the wrong username or password. I no longer have access to my Mail, I can not sing-in to MobileMe to access my online account and it wont let me change the password because it keeps saying that safari can not open the page.
I can not sign-in to my MobileMe folders on my Mac and it wont sync. I was signed in perfectly fine before this happened so I know its nothing to-do with my password or user name.
I am now locked out of MobileMe and need some help as to what might have went wrong
Can someone please give me some quick help as this is really worrying me as I am afraid my MobileMe account might of been hacked (that is the kind of behaviour that I am seeing - saying that my username and password are wrong, when they are not, and not letting me sign in to change them)

it seems my panic was for nothing. I just ran apple 24 hour support and they put it right for me it cost me but I'd rather be safe and pay then loose all the information I have on MobileMe. This has taught me a lesson anyway, I need to keep a backup of everything and not just rely on time machine
