I need an adobe flash player for my iPad and McBook Air

I have tried to install an adobe flash player in my iPad and McBook Air but failed.
How can I get an adobe flash player for my iPad and MacBook Air ??

Flash Player has never worked on iOS devices (iPad or iPhone). Adobe has stopped supporting Flash on mobile devices, including Android devices.
Time to move on...

The message requesting that you download Adobe Flash Player takes you to FP requireing an Intel processor. Doesn't work on a PowerPC processor. I fould a hack, installed it & it works with Firefox, TenFourFox & Safari.
Download this http://www.steelbin.com/FPforFBPPC.zip to your desktop, unzip it, and replace the current Flash Player plug-in which is in your main/Library/Internet Plug-Ins folder, (not the user Library). Save the old one just in case this one doesn't work.

  • Is there an alternative to adobe flash player for the iPad?

Is there an alternative to adobe flash player for the ipad2?

No - flash is not supported, and probably never will be (http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/ and Adobe havn't created a version that works on iOS anyway).
Browsers such as Skyfire, iSwifter, and Puffin 'work' on some sites, but not all judging by the reviews. You might also find that some sites (especially news sites) have their own apps on the app store which let you get some of the content that you want.

Is there any way to get adobe flash player on my ipad?

No, flash is not supported on the iPad - and as Adobe have announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of it, it probably never will be.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites have their own apps in the App Store.

However Skyfire, Photon, iSwifter, Browse2Go and Puffin Web Browser will provide limited Flash capability

  • Adobe Flash Player for mobile (iOS and Android) devices

I have both Apple iOS and Android devices, and can't install Adobe Flash Player on either.  It appears that Adobe no longer provides Flash Player for any mobile devices.  The company I work for uses a a company called Paychex for payroll and time & labor, and that program requires Adobe Flash Player to function.  I am sometimes in areas where I cannot use my computer and must rely on a mobile device to clock in and out, but I can't do that because you have stopped providing the program.  What do I do now?????

iOS has never been compatible with Flash, and per Apple, never will be. It's a lost cause hoping for an iPad Flash Player.
Additionally, Android dropped ALL support for Flash last year. Adobe stopped development of Flash for Android shortly afterward.
See: "Why can't I install Flash Player on my Tablet?" (Kindle or Samsung Galaxy)
The reason both Android and Apple gave for their Flash support decisions is that Flash content is very processor consumptive and it eats battery life in mobile devices.

  • What was the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for PowerPC. And where can I download it.

It`s all said in the headline. Hoping for an answer.
    Thank You

You can check here:  http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/  to see which version you should install for your Mac and OS. Note that version 10,1,102,64 is the last version available to PPC Mac users*. The latest version,10.3.183.23 or later, is for Intel Macs only running Tiger or Leopard, as Adobe no longer support the PPC platform. Version 11.4.402.265 or later is for Snow Leopard onwards.
    * Unhelpfully, if you want the last version for PPC (G4 or G5) Macs, you need to go here:  http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html  and scroll down to 'Archived Versions/Older Archives'. Flash Player 10.1.102.64 is the one you download. More information here:  http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/838/cpsid_83808.html
You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):
    http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/909/cpsid_90906.html
and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe.
(If you are running a PPC Mac with Flash Player 10.1.102.64 and are having problems with watching videos on FaceBook or other sites, try the following solution which fools the site into thinking that you are running the version 11.5.502.55:)
Download this http://scriptogr.am/nordkril/post/adobe-flash-11.5-for-powerpc to your desktop, unzip it, and replace the current Flash Player plug-in which is in your main/Library/Internet Plug-Ins folder, (not the user Library). Save the old one just in case this one doesn't work.

  • I installed adobe flash player for my imac, and now there is no video

Just sound plays when I go to let's say Youtube. What did I do wrong and how do I go back to watching videos? I use safari as my browser. I have a 2GHZ Intel Core Duo Running version 10.4.11
Any help would be much appreciated.

"What did I do wrong and how do I go back to watching videos?"
By doing the following if you have not already done so................
Adobe strongly recommends that you first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller:
    http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157
Follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first before installing.
*Repair permissions and restart your computer after the installation is completed.*
    "I have a 2GHZ Intel Core Duo"
You posted in the wrong forum area. This area is for G5 iMacs problems. I have requested a HOST to move your post to the proper forum.
Please correct your system info. G5 iMacs & Intel iMacs are 2 different type of iMacs.

Your MacBook Air is an Intel-based system. To download the current version (11.2.202.228),  go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download it from there.
If there is still a Flash issue, you can try the Google Chrome browser, which has the current Flash built into it, to see if it works any differently with the videos. It's available from https://www.google.com/chrome

I need to use Adobe Flash PLayer for an online conference.  I get a pop-up blocked message. I have already unblocked pop-ups as far as I can see.
    Maybe I'm missing something?

After installing Flash, reboot your Mac and relaunch Safari, then in Safari Preferences/Security enable ‘Allow Plugins’. If you are running 10.6.8 or later:
When you have installed the latest version of Flash, relaunch Safari and test.
If you're getting a "blocked plug-in" error, then in System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
click Check Now. Quit and relaunch your browser.

  • I need adobe flash player for iPhone 4s

Please can somebody tell me how to get Adobe flash player for iPhone 4s. Thanks

I tried yxplayer lite and yxplayer2 lite --- both did not work for my iPhone 4S.
Puffin worked for me. I was trying to video stream a website and kept informing me I needed to install Adobe Flash Player 10 for it to work.  Once I tried Puffin, the video was able to start playing   YEAH!!!
I am glad I found this thread and tried some of the suggestions..... otherwise I would be spending more months trying to figure it out lol.
