Have you tried online invoicing software? These services will work regardless on your operating system. If you want to try, I would advise to start with INV24.com

I have downloaded the Creative Cloud and when it finished, it opened up and was completely blank. Nowhere for me to sign in and no apps for me to click to download. I need this to be fixed ASAP. What is the problem here?

Need scanner App for Dock. I have Maverick 10.9.5 and Epson Perfection V500 photo. My present app 3.7.1 won't work. Otherwise I have to go into System Preferences every time I scan to Select to switch from the Printer. Thanks for help.
You might give VueScan a try. It should work with your scanner. There's a demo version that you can use initially.

Only the current version of each app is available in the store, if you downloaded the app when it was compatible with iOS 4.2.1 and you still have a copy of it somewhere (e.g. on a backup) then you should be able to install it on your iPhone. Otherwise you will need to see if any of the third-party Facebook apps that are in the store work on iOS 4.2.1, or you can try accessing it via Safari.

Quicktime can do this.
Open the MP4 in Quicktime Player. From the menu bar, File >Export > select quality. The subsequent file will be saved as .mov
Alternatively, you can simply change the extension on the mp4 file to mov since the codec is the same.
*I should mention that .mov format is not DVD format (TS_VIDEO), and the DVD will not play in a DVD player, even if you successfully burn the file to it.

Billing Info needed in order for me to update or download free apps?
Two weeks ago I began to experience problems with my Apple Account, if I ever attempt to update or download any apps, it will come up with a message "There is a problem with a previous purchase," I later clicked on "Billing Info" to find that I needed to insert a credit card, I do not have a credit card! I checked my account balance expecting it to be negative something to find it was "$0.72," this issue is driving me insane, I currently have 11 updates on my iPod and 3 updates on my MacBook Pro (Including Yosemite which I was extremely excited to get), I am very disappointed and now apps are begging to close mid-way through use or not show images etc, so if you could not already tell my question is how do I fix this without getting a new iTunes Voucher (Getting a new iTunes voucher was a solution to the same issue that happened a couple years ago). You can't select None as your payment type until you pay your balance. To see which order you need to pay for, view your purchase history on a Mac or PC. When you sign in to the store, you might see a message that there was a billing issue with your last order. Click the Billing Info button to see the order.
After you pay for the order, you can change your payment information to None.
Adding payment information like a Credit Card, or redeeming an iTunes Gift Card with a value that exceeds the amount owed, should resolve the issue with your previous order.

In iTunes, click "Store", sign in with your Apple I.D. After singing in, click "Store" again, select "View my Account", re-enter your password and your account info will be displayed.
