I need an apple genious! someone help plz!
So whenever i click on my itunes icon it give me a message saying the itunes library.itl file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for this file.
now ive restarted my computer 3 times but it stays the same? Please help! Thanks
Did you just install iTunes?
If so, delete the itunes library.itl file in Windows Explorer.
I bet you get a message from Norton or some other security software saying, that file can't be deleted.

I am running Windows 8. I encountered this issue while trying to install iTunes 11.1 x64 version. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that the real issue was trying to install the Apple Mobile Device service.
My resolution was installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package. It is available from Microsoft. A search on Google should reveal it. However, here is the latest link that I used: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=14431
Note that redistributable packages for more recent versions of Visual C++ (eg 2008, 2010) will NOT work. Only 2005 version worked for me.

What happens when you try to add it, and is the address that is on your iTunes account exactly the same as appears on your MasterCard statements ? just doublechecking something. is the download hanging at the initial phase of proceedings? or is this happening after the installation has actually pretty much completed?
if it's at the later stage of proceedings, are you getting a sort of "brief flash of a license screen? or is something else a little different happening?

While watching an iTunes movie from my Apple TV, why does my movie stop playing at the 1 hour mark? I'm assuming I have a setting causing this to happen, but I have no idea what setting needs to be changed. Can someone help me?
It's right at an hour (consistently), but the computer goes to sleep prior to that. It's as if iTunes goes to sleep. Also, it wasn't always this way. Originally, the movies played through without interruption. At some point, I guess a setting was changed, and now I only get an hour. Also. My energy settings are set to go to sleep at 10 minutes.

All apps, all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the iTunes account/Apple ID that was used to download the apps. You will need to use the Apple ID that was used to download the apps to install app updates.
Apps downloaded with one Apple ID can't be transferred to another ID and accounts can't be merged. -

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
