I recently bought a cover for my new iphone5. If I want to charge it or listen to music, I must take the cover off and it weakens the expensive cover every time. when I owned my iphon4s, I was able to purchase an extender and never had to take the cover off. Now I need the same sort of thing. I was able to find an adapter that sits on an iphone4 doc that has its other end compatible with an iphone5, but it won't play my music, it only chargers. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB and select it in iTunes. Go to the Photos tab, set it to not copy photos to the phone, then Apply or Sync.

Is the phone in a case? Try taking it out of the case. If that doesn't work, then your proximity sensor is broken. You'll need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation.

I got Fios a few months ago. A new account was set up for Fios but I'm still being billed for DSL. I've been trying to get the problem fixed for months. The first month they credited back the Fios charge. The second month they said they would send someone out to make changes to transfer my copper line number to Fios but the person never came. I've called several times after that to get the problem fixed. This month they turned off Fios so I paid to have it turned back on in addition to paying my phone and DSL bill. I've been on the phone several times for hours with people that can't do anything to help so they transfer me to others or tell me to call back the next day because their shift is over or the person that can really help me has different hours. If anyone has the phone number to someone that actually fixed a convoluted problem, please message me. I'll go postal if I have to explain my problem to another series of people that can't do a thing to help me.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". Only two devices on our plan, so not so much an issue. And I have found myself using it much more than I thought I would when we got them (also first smart phones for both of us). Even got my wife to use hers for checking email while we were out of the country (big step forward for her ). I'm very interested in the ApplePay, but will want to wait a bit before diving into it. And since both phones are still in great working order, will likely wait a bit for the upgrade (sometime next year?). Apps pop up when I play match with friends... One certain app locks up my game. It won't let me close it out. If I click "free" to download and get it off screen it just sits there with the circle going round and around like it's working.. It's been on my screen now for 3 days every time I open the game that's what I see. Can anyone help me fix it?

Have you tried closing the App Store app via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works properly when you re-open it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Help needed in Extending HeaderVO -VERY URGENT!!

I need a urgent help.
Actually I am trying to modify the exisiting Print Quote Document which is actually getting called from a template cald ASOPRINTQUOTE.xsl
This particular xsl uses HeaderVO, LinesVO and PromptVO and hence I had to modify these xml and in turn the .java files.
I customized it by adding the new columns thru JDeveloper and extending the VO's and substituting them
In the process while extending the respective VO's comes a step wherein I need to specify(Thru JDeveloper) Application Short Name and Responsibility Key.
Now the issue is this particular Quote dicument can be accessed from 2 different respons. called
Oracle HTML Order Quoting Sales Agent(Its a OA framework with application top as QOT)
& Quoting Sales Agent.(Its form based with Application top as ASO)
I chose ASO as the top as all my .class files and .xml files are present in
oracle/apps/aso/print/server
Now then after extending the VO's and importing it etc . when I log in thru the reponsibilty
Oracle HTML Order Quoting Sales Agent , it gets me a error of stmt exception.
wheras
it runs via the respon Quoting Sales Agent and reproduces a PDF output without any data??
There are few questions I am looking out for an answer desperately.
1) My HeaderVO, LinesVO and PromptVO are extended, so do i need to extend the links present in that in my new extended VO' s as well.
2) My xsl stylesheet has a statement as

Oracle quoting is not in OAF, only the print functionality uses these VOs as data source , and are used in the xsl, for XML publisher to generate the quote print .
