There are a number of apps that are compatible with Office documents. Apple makes iOS versions of their own iWork apps (Numbers is the spreadsheet) that can be purchased separately. There are also 3rd party combined suites that cost less than the separate Apple apps. Ones often recommended include Documents 2 Go, Quickoffice and Office2 HD. You'll need to consult the documentation for each app to see if it will have the specific features you need.
If you want access to the actual Microsoft Excep application and can accept needing a network connection whenever you want to use the application, a server-based solution such as CloudOn might be an option for you.

Go to Cust ID....>Click on Filter tab......>Go to Value...>Under Value.........>click on search...>Under Available section we have one option "Between" Here u can enter 1 to 15000 and click on search.......>Now we are able to see the 15000 records in box...>Now u can select move all option....>all ur selected records are filtered into selected box...

Help needed to write in excel sheet

Hi,
I currently need to read a table and write it in a file.
iam able to do it by using UTL package.The utl file also writes in xls format.but if a record has two column.
both the columns are written in a single column in excel
sheet.Kindly suggest me how to solve this problem

I have imported a large .csv log file that contains many different columns and values into DIAdem. One of the columns contains a hexadecimal value field, and I need to filter the column by the last byte of this hex field. For instance, one of the values might be "CFFD0F3" and I need to find all rows that have "F3" as the last byte. I also need all of the other columns to be filtered in this same way.
There doesn't appear to be any easy way to do this in DIAdem, and I've searched online and through the discussion forums for ways to accomplish it. Whenever I search for the word "filter" it always leads me to FFTs or highpass/lowpass filters. I just want to filter a column like Excel does, but my log file contains around half a million entries, so I can't open it entirely in Excel.
I've attached a screenshot of what some of my columns look like, but for privacy reasons, I can't attach the log file.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Ben,
I cooked up a nice little application for you. Since your post clearly stated that you were dealing with millions of data values, I took pains to implement this application as efficiently as possible and to include status dialogs to let you know what the script is doing at all times and which actions take the most time, in case we need to try to optimize it further for your purposes. You will need to extract the 3 files in the attached ZIP file to the same folder somewhere. Then you need to run the "ExtractIDGroups Add.VBS" script to add the VIEW context menu and register the UserCommands the VIEW context menu will be calling. We can set up your DIAdem to always run this VBScript whenever you launch it, once you're happy with the result.
You will use the new VIEW context menu in the following way. Load your data file into DIAdem, then show those loaded data channel in a VIEW table, just like your posted screenshot. Now select and right-click on the "Arb ID" channel (or whichever channel has the Hex addresses) and choose the new "Extract ID Groups" context menu. A user dialog will pop up on the left of your computer screen listing all the enumerated final 2 Hex suffix characters in that channel you right-clicked on. Select one or more of the desired Hex suffixes (shift or control key for multiselect), then click on the <OK> button. You will then see each of those selections broken out as a new Group in your Data Portal. You can select the "Extract I Groups" multiple times if you decide to go back and add a few more ID Groups.
The application is currently set up to sort the raw data in-place by the "Hex Suffix" values and leave them that way-- this along with leaving the "Hex Suffix" channel in the raw data Group makes it faster to repeat ID Group extraction from the same raw data set. This is also the more efficient way of extracting multiple ID Groups, which I'm guessing you will want to do. Each extracted ID Group is sorted at the very end by the values of first channel in that Group. So if you want to sort those extracted ID Groups by the "Abs Time" or "Rel Time" channel, say, you need to drag that sort-channel in the Data Portal from its start position to the very first channel position in that raw data group BEFORE selecting the "Extract ID Groups" context menu.

If restarting Mac or reinstalling OS X does not correct this symptom, you likely have a hardware problem. Contact Apple Support or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for service.

What sort of card are you trying to use ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

Icloud storage has nothing at all to do with the storage on your iphone.
Icoud storage is on a server somwewhere, not on your iphone.

HP Pavilion DV 6108 NR, RG365UA, purchased in late 2006 at Best Buy, with Windows XP, upgraded to Service Pack 3. It has a Fujitsu hard disk, 60 gigabyte, partitioned into C: and a Recovery D:.
Windows tries to boot up, but goes to blue screen with the message: "Unmountable Boot Volume" for one second, then just keeps recycling until I force a shutdown.
BIOS Phoenix, hard drive test result: " #1-08 Fail "
I ran a disk analysis/recovery program on the Cdrive and it seemed to show the directory structure intact, and it was able to recover some files. I was using the free one from Seagate (which only recovers small files). The second pass didn't run so well, and during the third run the program said I should not proceed further, and I should contact a professional disk recovery company.
However, the D drive seems to be intact, so, I wonder if the disk is corrupted or just some aspect of the logical C drive is bad.
How can I get the D: to run the recovery software on it? The recovery disks, made by Best Buy, only proceed to the R / F / Q option screen, and when I press R, I get a blue screen every time.
Tapping the F10 key during startup gets me nowhere. Ditto the F11 key.
I dont care about the hard disk; it is the data (files, docs, images, etc) that I want.
I contacted HP to order recovery disks but they are no longer available for my computer.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

But I wonder how useful it would be. Early XP , no doubt. And if my hard disk problem is a mechanical fault, would any recovery disk even work? The disks made by Best Buy when I bought mine new in 2006 don't do anything more than go to the R /F/ Q screen and then goes to a blue screen when I press R (to recover the OS and apps and data files). And, as I wrote, it is the data that I want, not the disk drive.

The issue with the A1400 is that like most economy compact cameras, they will not have very fast focus times in indoor lighting situations. Many people have gone to entry level DSLR's (Canon T3i) or micro 4/3 cameras. They are fairly expensive, but a late model refurbished T3i can sometimes be found with a kit lens for about $300.00. With Auto and scene modes, as well as full manual modes, these are very versatile cameras that focus very quickly, even in lower lighting situations. Canon is not really into the micro 4/3 cameras, instead they are focusing on the new G7x and G1x cameras, which are way out of your price range. The A720 is still available used at some places such as KEH camera, but you'll need to check often as their stock changes constantly. Obviously the DSLR's don't use AA batteries, but the T3i is good for about 600 photos (or more) per charge.
My refurbished DSLR was practically brand new condition when I got it. I could not find any sign of wear at all, so I feel they are a real bargain. These are rugged cameras that are made to last. The A1400 is a $99.00 camera, so it's not intended for heavy usage, plus the image quality of a DSLR (even entry level) is far better than the A1400. That would be my recommendation.

It sounds like you cannot use either camera, nor the LED as a camera. I want to recommend a couple of things here.
First, close all the open and running apps on the phone:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the phone:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If the issue persists, I would next backup your device to iTunes, and restore it:

Ah yeah I know that. I am asking users on this board what they consider the "BEST" in a specific category. The app store is not very user friendly (too many clicks), plus the categories are vague and contain a mish-mosh of stuffs. I have downloaded several apps (free and paid) for other needs—but really would like suggestions on those I have yet to download.
