I need flash player to do my LUMINOSITY games

Question

I have a 4th generation iPad. Just got it a month ago.  I am playing Luminosity games to improve my memory and the company said I need Flash Player. Will it work on mybiPad?

Almost every single software developer trying to make money would not ignore iPad and iPhone users with a Flash-only website. When I find that, the first thing I do is check to see if they have an app. If they don't, they don't get my business.
iPad and iPhone users are generally higher income (and better still, higher disposable income, meaning income beyond that needed for necessities), so any website or developer who wants to make real money wants iPad and iPhone users.
It's ridiculous to get a Flash work around, though I know why some people need it. I have Flash disabled on my Mac because it's a memory hog piece of junk.
Anyways, there's luminosity on an App. It'll work 10,000X better than the Flash browsers which are kind of slow.
And I won't even get into the total lack of real peer-reviewed scientific evidence behind Luminosity's claims.
