I NEED HELP DOWNLOADING PURCHASED ITEMS FROM ICLOUD

"You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days" is the message i keep getting on my screen when i try to download my TV shows from icloud. I dont understand why I cannot down load stuff. Someone, kindly explain what i need to do to get my shows down loaded. I cant wait for 64 more days before downloading.I write this because in addition to the above message i keep getting when trying to download, i also get "this computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 64 days".This is v frustrating for me. Is there something i need to be doing or not?

You can't change the Apple ID that the Authorize dialog comes up with by default. It's showing you that Apple ID for a reason: it means that the items you want to play were purchased using that Apple ID and therefore you need to authorize your computer with that Apple ID. Changing the Apple ID given completely defeats the entire purpose.
If you don't know the password to the given Apple ID, then you will no longer be able to play those items.

Need help with restore backup from icloud

A few days ago I've deleted data and settings from my iPad and updated it to 8.1.2. Then, I wanted to restore backup from iCloud, but got error, that I can't restore my backup. Tried three last copies, other wifi, many solutions from support - the same error. Support said me, my backups are broken. And they can't help me.
OK. I've found some programs in internet for download backups and restore it. Only trials. And they work, they see my backups, download and show me my data. I need to buy program to restore data to my iPad. I don't want to buy, because, if that programs can restore my data, why Apple support can't do this?

I had my PC repaired recently and lost all of my downloaded music and TV shows that were purchased from the Itunes store. Anyone knw how I re-download the purchased items on my new PC?

Where is your backup copy? This is basic.

HELP - Need help with recovering photos from iCloud

This may be a simple question, but I've never had to do it before, so I am asking.
I have an iPhone 4S. It was backed up to iCloud yesterday before I had to swap my cracked screen phone for a new phone. How do I recover photos that were backed up yesterday? I am sure it is a couple easy steps, but can someone let me know what those might be to restore my phone from iCloud's backup yesterday?

If you re-download purchased items from the icloud are you downloading it for free or is it charging you again?? because when you press the download button you have to add your password and press buy again

so still a little confused it gives you a huge list of the stuff you have purchased and stuff that is no longer in your library with the option to re-download it but i'm still not sure if it is free to download it or whther we are having to pay for it again??? can anybody help???

No, I have not taken my phone for exchange as I think it is a coin toss as to if the new one will be better or possibly have issues I do not have on this one.
I also get emails, and with Mobile Me almost instantly, just like Steve Jobs showed. Mobile Me works great, as do all the other emails, so I do not think this is an issue with just my phone. The problem only occurs under the following conditions.
1) I use Wi-Fi to browse the Internet, get email, or whatever.
2) I then turn on 3G in an area that does not have 3G and barely has Edge (Wi-Fi is off).
3) I go to work where I get full bars on 3G.
Now, at work after I have done the 3 above things, I get no emails on any email account, including Mobile Me until I either power the phone all the way off or completely close out the email App by holding down the home button. If I do power the phone off after using Wi-Fi before I go to bed for example, then email works fine.

HT204053 Need help getting my music from iCloud match to my new macbook

I recently bought a new MacBook Pro.     I'm finally leaving Wintel behind. Yay!
Anyway, on my soon-to-be history PC, through my iTunes app on the PC, I paid the 29.95 to join iCloud Match, and it spent a few hours syncining all my itunes songs up to iCloud, including a few hours it spent uploading CD-sourced music on my PC that it couldn't match up automatically.    So far so good.
But now, I'm on my new Macbook pro, which came pre-loaded with iTunes, I'm trying to figure out how to assoicate my new MacBook Pro with the library my PC created in iCloud.      Ultimately, I just want to get rid of my PC, and have my new Mac be the device that houses my iTunes librarry, and to which I can attach my iPod from now on to sync with.
What's my next step?    Do I have to pay another 29 bucks via my MacBook to make it a valid device on the iCloud Match account?   Or is there a way I can just log into the new icloud account from my MacBook, to download the library?    I don't mind paying the 29 bucks again if that's what's necessary. That's not the issue.    I just want to start using my Mac as the "conduit to iTunes for my iPod", in the way that my PC used to be, so I can finally dump that PC.
Any suggestions??

Here's an update:   I decided to go through the new Mac, and try to at least Authorize it into my iTunes account throught the itunes app on the MacBook, to see what happened.    Well, I got a message on the Mac that I have exceeded the limit of 5 computers that could be associated with my itunes library.
Most of these are old computers I've long since thrown away.    So, I want to disable them.   But Apple only gives the option, to "Deauthorize All".    Which thereafter, I assume I can just enable the new Mac.    But here's my worry:
When I "deauthorize all" will that have any effect on the integrity of the library I have sitting in iCloud?? By deauthorizing all computers, and then just re-enabling one (my new Mac), is there ANY way in this process that all the songs I've purchased through itunes AND all the songs I've CD-imported on my old computer that were all uploaded to iCloud ---- that nothing will be lost or erased???

"Cannot open" error when downloaded *purchased* movie from icloud?

This had happened multiple times and I cannot believe it hasn't been fixed when I see issues with rentals from years ago! I fully downloaded a movie I purchased a year ago to my iPhone. It successfully downloaded, processed, etc. Shows the dot next to it as fully unwatched. Plenty of room on phone. Have watched movie on our Apple TV - no problem.
WHen I go to watch, annoying "cannot open" message. :-(
Do they seriously expect me to ONLY download movies to a computer with a hardwire connection and transfer them? I can't travel with an iMac desktop, obviously! What's the point of icloud then?!!!!! It's ridiculous!
ANY tricks to get this movie to play? Anyone have any luck in this situation?

Can't download purchased songs from Icloud?

Ok, I'm confused. I signed up for Match and have my music in the cloud. I have a bunch of songs I purchased via Itunes that are still copy protected (which is confusing because I paid for Itunes Plus and thought that removed copy protection). Anyway, I'd like to remove the protection so I can sync to my Android phone. I 'thought' I could delete from Itunes library, redownload from the cloud and copy protection would be removed. That doesn't work for songs that have a status of 'purchased'. If I delete them from the Itunes library - they're gone. Obviously I'm not understanding something.
I went round and round with Apple Support and after 8 or 10 emails back and forth I just was not able to get anyone to help. They kept thinking I was missing music and wanted to redownload, no matter how many times I tried to explain that I just wanted to redownload non-copy protected songs.
Any advice anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Any content that is purchased through the same account as you have used to subscribe to iTunes Match is eligable for iTunes Match, are you sure these items you are having issues with aren't purchased from another account.

I have backed up my iphone from the settings app on my iphone to my icloud acct and I am trying to retrieve my photos and notes. I do not see a place on my icloud home page to find these items. When it was MobileMe it had a photo area on the homepage. Since the change to iCloud I do not see a place...yet it says it backs up everything. So I am confused. I would hate to have to email myself hundreds of photos and notes. Please help- my phone is on it's last legs!

If you are syncing Notes in Settings>iCloud you should find a Notes folder in Mail on icloud.com. Syncing photos requires turning on Photo Stream, but you won't see your photos on icloud.com even if you do. They are only synced to devices connected to your iCloud account with photo stream enabled. To enable iCloud (and Photo Stream on your computer see http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/).

Need help modifying purchased music from itunes.

I'm trying to use just portions of songs I purchased on Itunes to use in Imovie. The songs I've purchased are all MPEG4 and the icon shows a lock on it. I can't seem to bring these files into Jasmine where I want to trim them down to fit the video. I know I've done this before, but Jasmine won't accept the files. I've copied them to an audo CD and then brought them back to my hard disk, but they still seem to be protected. Are there any ideas on what I need to do to work with these song?

I don't think you are allowed to tamper with any of the downloaded copyrighted songs.

ITunes wont download purchased items from iPhone

I have a a iPhone 3G and I purchased a song on the phone and when I sync it with iTunes it gives me the error "Attempting to copy to the disk "Macintosh HD" failed. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation." How do I fix this?

iTunes not running.
Right click>Get info on the iTunes folder.
Set the permissions to Read/Write for you and click Apply to enclosed items.

If you do not have a local copy of a song which you have purchased (i.e. it is available via iTunes in the Cloud), you may need to redownload it before you can transfer it to your device. You may find the following article helpful:
