I need help finding a compatible and free adobe reader on my laptop vista

I need to know what Free Adobe Reader download is compatible with my Vista Laptop computer as I need the latest version because the Adobe Reader 7 no longer allows me to print the newer PDF documents that I am receiving so I uninstalled it and need to install a newer version. Please help........

You can try using this tool to first remove all traces of Reader from your computer:
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Then, you can download the full offline Reader installer from
http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else.

If your TX installation CD does not "auto-run" and present you with a menu to install additional software (including Adobe Reader for Palm), you can find it on the disc using Windows Explorer at:
Palm CD > Int_English > Essential_software > Adobe Reader for Palm
In that folder is the installation (.exe) file which you run on your desktop. It installs the desktop app, and the .prc file gets installed to the quick installer during the process.
FYI...this software is slow and clunky on the handheld. The conversion process is imperfect, and particularly with files which I have produced myself using Acrobat Distiller (the part of Adobe Acrobat which lets you "print" to the distiller to create a .pdf file from anything), it sometimes doesn't even work.
The best .pdf viewer I have used on my handhelds is actually the upgraded version of Documents To Go, which handles native .pdf files pretty well. No conversion needed, just drop the files into your SD card, or Hotsync with Documents To Go desktop.

Need help finding why my form crashes Adobe Reader for iPad

I have created several simple PDF forms in Adobe Pro and LiveCycle Designer. They primarily consist of text fields and have no coding running in the background. However, these forms are somewhat long and consist of four to twelve pages. Several of our crews that fill in the forms on the iPad have reported random crashing of the app. I checked the log files to find it is consistently a memory error. I need to find the cause of the error but don't know where I should start. The Adobe Reader app is the only one on the device that is having a problem. I believe it could be my form but don't know what to look for. Any assistance in correcting this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Most apps for iOS or android mobile devices do not handle LiveCycle forms.
Do your mobile devices have the primary and secondary memory of your desktop or laptop computers?
Remember desktop and laptop computers have virtual memory and can swap core memory to secondary storage like disk drives.

I don't understand why it won't let me delete the strikeout or underline in my Adobe Reader Touch. There is no clear option when I highlight it and write click and the "Ctrl-delete" option is not working either. I need to get rid of both of these. Did them by mistake....simple task but so frustrated that I have spent 30+ minutes trying to figure this out. Please help.

Need help finding external mixer and a/d audio interface

Hi there,
i just got my logic studio up and running. but i need an external 4-12 channel mixer to records my synths in. right now i have 2 external audio devices (Korg Electribe Emx1 and MicroKorg).
What is recommended? I want a goos sount but not too expensive.
Im looking for a small mixer, and an A/D device (like an Apogee Duet).

CCFL LCD would require you to get a LED subcard, new display cable, in addition tot he monitor.

Also, please be aware that Lightroom is not a file browser like your operating system Finder or Explorer is. If the photos are not in the folder you expected them to be in, it is because you (accidentally) imported them into a different folder.

Umm. If you wiped the hard drive, then all old libraries are gone unless you have them on backup.
