I need help in downloading and installing a previously purchased version of Photoshop Elements 12: AD012822594 1057-0247-4177-3303-6451-8067 or 1057-0904-6949-7119-8323-9165
Please do not share serial numbers or Order numbers on Forums . Serial numbers and order numbers are very confidential.
You can only share serial number with Adobe Customer support staff. -
I have downloaded and installed Acrobat pro DC but its asking for a serial number of my previous version but I never had a previous version
you purchased an upgrade version of acrobat. if you don't have a qualifying product (previous acrobat version), you'll need to exchange.
Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order -
I cannot downlaod a previously purchsed version of photoshope elements on a new computer...I get an error 413...header length to large...what do I do?
That's a browser error. Nothing to do with Adobe software.

Try using another browser if you are having a problem getting the interface to react properly to your interaction with it. If you need more help, preovide more information regarding what you experience when you tru and it fails.
Please don't start multiple postings for the same problem - your other posting provided better information. -
Hey Guys. I have a 1st gen dual 2.3 powerPC G5. I just recently upgraded my OS to Leopard 10.5. I cannot for the life of me, get FlashPlayer to work. I Downloaded and installed the archived 10_1r102_64 version, but it still doesn't work.
Everytime I click on a video it says I need to update to the newest version of flash, but my computer doesn't support the updated version. So I feel like I'm in a Catch-22.
Any suggestions?Jay, you may very well be up a creek without a paddle.
See in each Browser which version of Flash it thinks it has...
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html
Then Test Adobe Shockwave & Flash Players...

If it in fact says you do have 10.1.102.64, & some sites say you need higher, it is a catch 22. -
I cannot install a previously purchased version of acrobat 9 pro downloaded from the site. Returns message at final install steps "invalid serial number." I had copied it and pasted it directly from "My Adobe". What to do?
Hi hgratz,
Considering 'invalid serial number' error for Acrobat 9, I would suggest you to please refer the KB doc link mentioned below:
Error "Invalid serial number" | Acrobat 9 | CS4
Let me know if that helps.

I have a purchased version of FrameMaker 10 - box, serial number, heck, even the CD sleeve, but no CD. Is there a way to download FrameMaker 10 so that I can install it and apply my serial number? It would be nice if you had a service like Battle.net, where you apply your serial number to your account and your software is always available to you. (I realize the cloud direction makes this possible going forward, but older software would be helpful.
Thanks for any help you can provideDownloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links
Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages. They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3. If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'. -
After downloading the 64-bit version of iTunes on my Windows 7 machine I get the "Congratulations, you've successfully installed iTunes" message. However, when I plug in my iPhone I get an error message that says, in part, "...the required software is not installed. Run the installer to remove iTunes, then install the 64-bit version of iTunes". I've been at this for hours, carefully deleting all Apple software (Apple Mobile Support, Quicktime, etc. and before each attempt to install the 64-bit version from Apple ( no third parties). Same result each time!!! Any ideas????
Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
http://www.rarlab.com/
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, does your device connect without that message now? -
When I try to intall itunes it comes up saying 'This Itunes installer is for 32-bit versions of windows. Please download the 64-bit ITunes instead.' How do I download and install the 64 bit version instead?

When I try to download and install the latest software version of iTunes, this message occurs: "iTunes has an invalid signature. The download has been removed." Any suggestions?
You seem to have an iTunes problem and not an iPod problem. I suggest posting in the iTunes forum.
How areyou doing the download?
From Apple's site?
Via the Apple downloader

It's true. I was loaded down like a mule, approaching my car, needing a free hand, and thinking "I'll just set this on the roof for a moment..."
I drove about 1/2 mile and turned left into rush-hour traffic. No sound, no horns, no frantic hand gestures from fellow drivers, and no sinking feeling whatsoever for several minutes. And then like that sudden stop at the end of long fall, it hit me. I quickly turned around as though haste may matter - and it did. Had five more minutes passed, there'd have been nothing larger than a grain-of-sand-sized evidence that my computer had once existed. For the next 30 minutes, I dodged many hundreds of cars in my firm commitment to gather every last one of the 2,653 pieces that I would need for a successful reassembling.
At some point during my repair attempt, I noted that I was unable to access my previously purchased copies of Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10.
And since Dell.com's record of this purchase was apparently destroyed that day as well, I'm at a loss. Unless... "Ok, maybe I actually registered this purchase at Adobe.com... But that would be weird as I never do such things in the name of maintaining privacy at every chance I encounter... But, I'll try... yep, 'Forgot your password,' Click... of, 'Follow this link,' Click... Minor rush that it might work... Hope fading fast... Gone!"
When the only proof of purchase I can present is my promise that I did once purchase, is it possible for me to download these two programs without having to re-purchase?
I lost a lot of things that day... money, work, memories, la la la. Apparently I've now lost my dignity as well as I plead with some faceless corporation for a freebie.
Does anyone at Adobe have a heart? If so, I would invest my gratitude towards your benefit for the remainder of my years. As long as you know your serial number you can download PSE from here:
Download Photoshop Elements products | 11, 10
If you don't know your serial number:
Find your serial number quickly -
I just purchased LR5 online and installed it on my PC. I entered the serial number I was given and it said "this is an upgrade serial number. The serial number from your previous version of LR is also required." Since I just bought it I don't have a previous serial number. What do I enter?
You return the upgrade version since it was purchased in error
Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order

How do I download a previously purchased version of Photoshop 11 to my new computer?
How do I download a previously purchased version of Photoshop 11 to my new computer?
assumming your mean photoshop elements 11, if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here: http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.htm l
and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem downloading, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com -
I have a 19 digit Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 Serial number. It should be 24. Any help with this?
Where are you looking for the serial number?
If you have the disks, the number commencing 1057 is usually inside the packaging. It’s necessary to pull out the white inner box.
If you purchased this some while ago and the product, the serial number should be in your Adobe account. Click on the red Adobe logo (top left on this web page) sign-in with your Adobe ID (email & password) and choose Manage Account. You should be able to browse your purchase history and registered products.
