Click on your photo. It should have an edit photo and avatar link. You have to be level 3 or greater to use a custom avatar.

That's going to be a ridiculous waste of money and energy.
First of all, the current ATI drivers don't support multiple GPUs, so at the moment even a single 4870X2 would be only a 'normal' 4870 (which is quite a speed beast already). GFX drivers evolve rapidly, so things might look different next month, but when it comes to Linux and hardware there's one Golden Rule: stay away from the newest stuff and wait for proper support to get coded.
I also wonder what power supply could possibly cope with the differences between idle and full load; that's way beyond 400W. But then, I'm one of those "quiet&green" types where >100W idle is already a bit much.
I kind of understand that you want to get it done and not worry about hardware for the next 10 years or so, but that's simply not how the hardware world works and never did. At least not for the average consumer. -

If u haven't resolved this issue yet, I just did.
What I did:
1. Toggle the hold switch (turn it on and off)
2. Reset to 'Disk Mode'
by pressing the 'Play' and center buttons
simultaneously
(it may take a couple of trials to get it right)
3. Update iPod with latest iTunes in Disk mode.
4. Incase the 'Can't find firmware' error msg is displayed,

Unfortunately, there is pretty much nothing you can do. Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the lock. If you can't contact whoever you purchased it from, or if they can't or won't remove the lock, then it's a brick. There is a very real chance that it's stolen.

If I understood right, your'e actually using both memories at same time so, your'e lucky if it works. We have said thousand times that mixing dif. brand/make/speed memories is a bad idea, most with this Mobo that is very picky about ram. If you want to avoid slowdown problems, stay with only one stick ( the better one ) until you can buy at same time in same store, 2 identical memories to replace the old one.

Sorry, just started java a few weeks ago and i'm having trouble figuring out how to do something.
I wanted to know how to make this work. It cant be more than 6 characters in length and of those six characters, the first two have to be letters only, followed by a dash (-) and then three numbers. EG: ab-234 or gf-643...
Im using it as a serial number generator type thing, thats only one part of the entire program, but I cant figure it out.

Musician needs help, downloading for transcribing.
Okay, so here is my problem. I am constantly transcribing work from other guitar players so as to continue learning. You tube is a wealth of knowledge. I have been previously using the optioncommandA to download videos from you tube. I apologize if I am breaking rules and laws but I can really learn this way and I don't always have access to internet, so downloading is essential.
Option, command, A works great. But now I have come up against this new type of video I guess, that when I hit opcomA I get a black screen and then I get in the middle of the screen the little player that says loading. It loads then immediately plays the desired video. But it is not stored anywhere on my computer. Nothing is being download into the downloads folder.
I need this and why are there some you tube videos that won't allow my computer to download into the downloads folder. I have tried everything I can think of to save this type of file or video but nothing will keep in the computer. I try save as but this is not illuminated so I cannot do so.
I hope this makes sense as I am kind of frantic. I'm leaving in 4 days for a cruise ship gig which will take me away from free internet for six months and I would so like to have some downloads to keep learning.
Can anyone help? If you have any questions please ask and I can maybe try and describe what it is that I am seeing better.

Is there anyway 2 transfer music from my friends computer 2 mine? its on my ipod mini but wen i just cant get it back on my itunes is there anyway 2 do this?
What's in your iPod mini,your songs, your friend's songs or both? As far as I know there's no way to transfer music from your friend's computer to yours unless you plug in your iPod to your friend's computer, download the songs you want from it, then plug your iPod into your computer to place the songs into your iTunes. That's the only way I know, maybe someone else will reply to this post with the solution. You can't get back into your iTunes??

Try going to www.icloud.com and logging into your apple id. If you have find my ipad on you may be able to track it down. Warranty does not cover lost or stolen devices, and is strictly tracked by serial number. At the very least you could try to do a data wipe.
A positive spin is that your apps can be redownloaded for free on a new device if you can't find your older unit.
