I need help people with my iPhone 4.
The problem started like 4 days ago and I've tried so many things to fix it and I still can't figure it out. Now the problem is when I go into the settings app and make any changes anywhere in the settings app it reverts back to the way it previously was before I changed it as soon as I leave the app. For instance if I go into the settings app and go into the general tab and try to change passcode lock to off it will come right back on. Also I've been trying to delete mail accounts when I go into the settings app under the mail tab and that also reappears. I have A iPhone 4 32gb on fw 4.2.1 and modem fw is 02.10.04. I really don't want to upgrade my firmware because I don't want to loose certain things in my phone and its just a pain. So any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you to anyone who helps. I don't know if this is in the right place but if it isn't I am sorry.
it could be 2 things... 1st, You have an exchange email account and some of the settings could be blocked by the admin of your exchange account. 2nd, You have modified your phone to work with any carrier, or hacked your phone. Depending on the way your phone was hacked it can corrupt the firmware.
If you don't have an exchange mail acct on your phone you should try to update the fw and see if the issue(s) resolve.

The iPhone uses .m4r format for ringtones. Google ehow iPhone ringtones to learn how to make your own.

You must put in the required information. If you do not have it, you must get it from the original owner of the phone. If you have forgotten your iCloud password, you can reset it at:

There is no such thing as an activation "bypass". Activation Lock is a security feature. It wouldn't be that secure is you could bypass it, wouldn't it? -

Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11) Installed on your computer

That message usually indicates that your phone was hacked to unlock it from the original phone carrier, then when you updated or restored it locked back to that carrier.

What are you trying to accomplish?
Iphones support bluetooth for stereo speakers/headsets, hadsfree telephone devices/headsets, some peer-to-peer apps from the app store, some keyboards and internet tethering where provided by the carrier.
Other than this it will not connect to another phone/device/computer.
File transfer is not supported at all. -

If he gets another device - you should be able to restore it from your computer to the point where you backed it up
