I'm making a iOS developer account. I am currently on the page where it says "Tell us about yourself" If all im going to do is make apps from my own iMac from my house. Which boxes do i need to tick out of the ones displayed in the picture. I don't have a company. Just making apps at home, some free some paid, and uploading them to the app store. Can someone please help as i am leaving out of town tomorrow and i really need to sign up before i leave.

Well actually, if im going to Pakistan (slow **** internet) from a 11 hour flight, i prefer not to get there and worry about making this account. I prefer to make it before i leave. Attend the 5 stage wedding i have to go to, and then come back and start using it. In pakistan you have to worry more about not getting shot then making a dev account.

There is no contract, or there shouldn't be one.
If in the US with ATT and Verizon, when signing up for a data plan you sign up for 30 days at a time. If not cancelled before the first 30 day interval, you will be charged for another 30 days. The data plan can be cancelled at any time withourt penalty since there is no contract. You can sign up for 30 days, cancel, and sign up again for 30 days a couple of months later, etc.

Need help or advise for developing consolidated Wokflows

I have developed a SharePoint custom list and I need to write a consolidated SharePoint designer workflow for the same.
The workflow parameters are, if any item are modified and/or new item created there should be an email
triggered. The tricky part is it should be the consolidated email (like a report to say how many list of items have been modified/added what kinds of information have been updated on the EOD).
All the changes that have been done to the existing custom list of items need to be updated in one email and send the consolidation information to the stake holders.
Is it possible? If yes may I know how it works if anybody would have developed the similar kind of workflow could you please provide me some ideas & suggestions or may
I know what are the alternatives for this requirement.

hey everyone as you know my MB is in the subject and i need help buying ram for it. on the MSI website it says it can surpport max. 2GB so 1GB in each slot? it only has 2 slots also what DDR and MHZ clock, DRAM fequency etc does the ram have to be and both single sided or double sided or 1 single and 1 double?

Need help with animation, for my XAML game

I need help in creating animation for my snake and ladder game(C#,XAML). I have completed the game logic, but can't understand how to animate my UI.
1. I want to animate 6 dice images so that when the player clicks on the Roll Dice Button a shuffle animation will play, and while the animation is playing the user can't click any thing.
2. I want the player disc to move one step at a time (animation) on the game board.
Please help me I am new to animation. Kindly give a reply

Hey, yeah I've checked which account it's signed into and all of them are signed into my own account, (iCloud, iTunes and App Store) but now when I try to purchase an app or download one, its not even asking for any apple Id password for either my own account or my friends account which kept coming up.
I have made an appointment to go to an apple store, but have to wait till Friday for that :(

Need HELP to learn OAF development

Hi,
I am an experienced oracle financials developer. Most of my experience has been on using Developer 6i tools to develop front end and reports. Now I am planning to learn OAF framework to develop or to make customizations to the modules like iprocurement,iStore etc.
I would like to know what is the best way to start the learning process?
Is it possible to learn/practice the OAF framework(from oracle applications perspective) on my personal machine( it has oracle 10g personal edition installed), with out having access to oracle applications instance?
I would like to know if there are any good books/tutorials on OAF usage in Oracle applications?
Please let me know.

You need full access, including sysadmin responsibility.Do we need to have access to instance in terms of unix servers or just access to the applications is good enough?
It would be good to have Unix access , for deploying pages , classes etc.Do we need to create any new responisbilities to practice OAF concepts?
Not required, but a better option.What resposibilities or what level of access do we need to have on oracle application instance to practice OAF concepts?

Do I need a separate iPhone for development?

Hello fellow developers,
I'm excited that I'm finally accepted to the dev program so I can test my app on my iPhone. Before I start testing, I have a couple of questions though. Do I need a dedicated iPhone device for the development? or is it possible to use my only iPhone for both development and personal use?
Another question is, I've read that I need to install an iPhone OS on my device. Given that I have updated my iPhone today with the latest official 2.0 firmware, do I still need to install another binary for the development?

1) I use my iPhone both for development and personal use. The last few beta updates have been pretty stable so personal use is possible and is not as annoying as it used to be. However, you should expect some performance issues (mostly due to extensive logging and probable debug builds) and unexpected crashes since the releases were still beta (point 2 might affect this).
2) I haven't been able to update my iPhone to the latest gold master v2.0 of the iPhone firmware yet. Since I already have v2.0 beta 8 installed, iTunes doesn't seem to be able to distinguish between the two versions. According to the information available on the development portals, we should be able to use the GM firmware for development purposes, which imho would be awesome!

All the current iMac models (both 21.5" and 27" with OS X Mt. Lion 10.8) will run CS4, 5.5 and 6 just fine. They will also run Final Cut Pro X just fine. Ditto for most any application you may want to use.
Below are some notes (specific to your apparent requirements) that may help you with your purchase decision:
Notes on purchasing a 21.5" iMac
All 21.5" iMacs come with 8GB RAM but you cannot add more later. I strongly suggest getting the maximum RAM (16GB) when you order the iMac.
The basic hard drive is a 1TB 5400rpm drive. It will work fine with Adobe CS but you will probably want the added speed of the optional 1TB Fusion drive for better performance. Some people will recommend/argue for one of the optional SSD drives instead, but they are very expensive and still only come in relatively small capacities - I don't recommend the SSD drives. Get the Fusion drive and spend any extra money on a good external hard drive for backup and/or extra storage instead of an SSD.
Notes on purchasing a 27" iMac
All 27" iMacs come with 8GB RAM and you can add more later, up to 32GB
The basic hard drive is a 1TB 7200rpm drive - it will be fine with Adobe CS. There are upgrade options to a 3TB 7200rpm drive or a 1TB or 3TB fusion drive - these will be fine also. There are also SSD drive options, but I do not recommend them. (Same comments as above.)
Notes on all the current iMacs
iMacs no longer come with built-in CD/DVD drives. If you need one, you will need to purchase the Apple Superdrive accessory drive ($79)
All of the iMac graphic processors (GPU's) are compatible with Adobe CS 4, 5.5, 6
It is very difficult to impossible to change or upgrade the hard drive later on, so don't buy low-end thinking you can add a better internal hard drive later.
Be aware that Macs always come with the latest (most recent) version of OS X. And OS X Mavericks (10.9) is due to be released soon (in the next month or two). There is no guarantee that the older Adobe CS 4 or 5.5 versions will run on OS X Mavericks. If you cannot upgrade to CS 6 in the near future, you may want to purchase now rather than after OS X Mavericks is released.
For what it's worth, I'd recommend the 27" iMac if your budget can afford it. You will appreciate the larger screen size and added capabilities over the years you will use the computer.

I need to create a for loop which counts down from 100-50 and divides the number being counted down by a counter. Can anyone help me?
